It?s comfortable, pillows are soft and easy to adjust for comfort.

I wish the breakfast would be a little better. It seems they repeat the same and it?s very basic.

It was close to event.

The check in process. You could n't even check in 30 min early. I think the staff knew they couldn't do it! That's BS people had weddings to go to and parties that they needed to get dressed for. Come on what's 30 min earlier. I hated that!

The place was so close to the airport and food. Worked perfectly for my early am flight.

The air conditioning seemed to be controlled outside the room somewhere and the room stayed to warm for my liking.

Location relative to the airport

Bathtub was not clean. We ended up skipping the shower.

The staff at the desk and breakfast was Great!! They were all very friendly and helpful.

The people in the room with me, started sneezing and got dry and stopped up. Said they felt like there was something in the room causing it.

Close to airport and quiet. Old but clean

Phone extremely old and was not told direct connect buttons did not work. Was not told how to connect to front desk or wake-up calls. Staff was very helpful when I went downstairs

The whole place felt clean and cozy, I especially thought they had pretty comfy pillows. The staff was nice and check-in/out was so quick and easy.

If I had to say anything, and it this is really just nitpicking, I do wish they had a few more healthy options for breakfast.

For a non-smoking room, ours absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke, to the extent that it permeates our clothing and luggage followed us around for a few days.

The pool had caution tape all around it making me not wanting to use it. The room had a chemical smell to it as well as the hallways. The tub did not have any non slip strips on it and I almost fell trying to get out the first time I used it.

Breakfast was more extensive than I expected - typical continental style plus sausage and scrambled eggs. Bed was comfortable and clean.

The airport shuttle, which was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel, does not run 24/7. My room shower was not clean. Had residue from a previous guest that needed to be scrubbed off. I wore shower shoes.

Room barely equipped and supplied amenities scanty to on exiting. No food in area and out snack machine at 9 PM. COMPLEX ENTRY.

Clean, friendly staff, abundant parking, safe location

I thought the breakfast selection was limited compared to other Holiday Inn Express locations I've stayed at. Other locations have also kept some food out (fruit) and this location shut it down after breakfast. The rooms were outdated as well.

We found bed bugs and left soon after we checked in.

Booked this hotel due to the 4am airport shuttle they offer. Driver did not show up for work making us late for flight. Manager email just to let us know she wasn¿t going to charge for parking even though we didn¿t park there. Clearly¿.
