    Pros +

    • The front desk staff was excellent. Always willing to help or answer any questions. Henry was especially awesome. What a great guy!
    • The hotel was clean and the staff were great!
    • Henry had such amazing customer service!!! He was so kind, informative, helpful, and made us feel 100% welcome! Loved how he smiled and welcomed us!

    Cons -

    • The beds were very uncomfortable. We didn't sleep at all the first night. The bathroom door opening inward made getting in and out very tight. The hotel breakfast was overcooked and the helper did nothing but talk on her phone. Add Bacon and potatoes!
    • There needs to be more separation between the 2 queen beds and the sofa bed. The curtain was short and did not provide privacy.
    • With me having celiac disease I cant have gluten. It would be nice if there were some gluten free bread or gluten free bagels so we could make breakfast sandwiches too. Or a gluten free pancake/waffle mix.

It was clean and comfortable and had good amenities

I booked a night feb 14th to the 15th had no issues we decided to stay another night feb 15th to 16th the morning of the 15th we called down to the front desk and let them know that we were wanting to book another night and they told us to book on booking. Went down checked out and back in had no issues. On the morning of the 16th we got a call on the hotel phone at 7:26am waking us up to let us know we needed to provide a valid card and to come down after we woke up. I walked down after waking back up and spoke to a manager with short blonde hair (not sure of her name) she told me that I had a payment that needed payed of $1.54. I inserted my card and it declined twice and the card had plenty of money on it. I called over my significant other an had him try his card before he inserted his card the balance turned to $152.00 I asked the manager why it changed from a dollar and some change to 152.00. She said “oh well I put in a higher amount for the card to accept it an I will change the amount after” his card declined to. So I asked her again what the 152.00 was for and she said it was to pay for the second night we booked. I told her that I had already paid on booking and that I had no problem when I checked in the previous morning. She practically acted like I was lying until she “searched more into it” and told me that it had been a virtual card issue. She explained that booking charged me 151.62 and the room payment was 152.47 so pretty much tried to charge us extra for a room that was already paid for since she didn’t look into it before calling us and saying we didn’t pay. Then tried to charge a wayyyy higher amount then the original 2 payments she said I needed to pay were. I was very disappointed in that because of the amount, not looking that I paid and trying to say I didn’t pay pretty much multiple times.

Breakfast was amazing so was the room. Super busy & packed couldn’t get in the pool due to kids but there was a cheer competition & other things going on.. but would stay there again

    Size of room

We got a noise complaint called on us at 11:45am… for playing a game with our small family of 4. Not exactly quiet hours..

Place was nice and clean, the man at the front desk was friendly and helpful. My children loved the pool!

The breakfast needs more variety, more fruits, more vegetables, add a variety of eggs(scrambled, fried, vegetarian omelette), different types of potatoes, different types of bread, etc. The food was running out fast. Have a friendly staff member available to help and to explain how to use the waffle machine.

The room was very beautiful and there was more in it and set up perfectly. It was more than I expected.

There was some partying and smoking weed inside and outside the building.

    10melissaPosted on: 1-19-2026

Breakfast was good and fresh. We liked that the eggs were real!

The beds were hard, but you can't please everyone. ?

Breakfast didn’t work for me. I am diabetic and not enough choices. Monday when I came down there was nothing except sweets available, no fruit, no eggs, no sausage…this was my only disappointment.

There were two gentleman that were polite and nice Sean and a long haired man. The rest were very dismissive.

not easily accessible. The managers were rude when asked about why the handicap parking was closed off they were completely dismissed. They do not know how to deal with handicap or special needs. Most of the cleaning staff did not speak English and were rude. The paper towels and toilet paper were extremely cheap

Great room size, great location. Friendly staff.

Pool was closed, one way in and out

The entry/dining area and room were beautiful and modern. Liked the addition of the small nightlight in the bathroom. Really liked the full size refrigerator to keep insulin cooled properly. Much better than the small refrigerator with no freezer in typical hotels. Those don’t get cold enough for insulin. Really liked the lower wooden luggage rack/shelf with coat hooks above.

The door to the room is ridiculously heavy! Very difficult to get luggage in, takes one person to hold door while another person squeezes through with luggage. Threshold was too high for luggage cart to roll over. Plus, every time we entered the room, we struggled with the door since it was so heavy. Except for Sean, he was as great, the front desk staff was not very friendly, did not greet guests as they came by, and had their heads buried in their cell phones. The breakfast hot food selection was average and slow to keep supplied. The Hampton Inn had a much better hot food selection and kept supplied.

Location was fine. Waffles were good.

Breakfast was probably the most disappointing part of the stay. Food choices were odd and just not appealing.

    6ScottPosted on: 11-17-2025

    Pleasant

The key cards were deactivated an hour and a half before checkout so we couldn’t get back in our room to get the rest of our luggage. It was also hard getting in and out of the property from the road

I loved the pool and the outdoor spaces available to use.

You can’t make a left hand turn coming out of the property. You have to turn right then turn around somewhere.

Loved the bathroom ( had a shower instead of a tub) and the apartment-like setup.

For a new hotel the air conditioner was incredibly loud and woke both my husband and I overnight. Breakfast also went until 10 and when we came out at 9:15 there was no bread, no juice and no fruit. We have had MUCH better breakfasts at other Home 2 Suites. Also very odd that the room diver curtains only go 2 feet into the room?

Fire alarm going off my car got broken into. Room wasn’t clean hair was in the shower

    It was new.

    1LittlePosted on: 9-15-2025

    My stay was VERY unpleasant!

The Fire alarm constantly went off from 7am until the end of breakfast my whole stay. I was also charged for two extra days unknowingly. And my vehicle was vandalized and items were stolen and the staff was very nonchalant about it when I informed them it happened.

    8BilleeJeanPosted on: 9-2-2025

Clean and spacious rooms and staff was friendly

Told them I was already charged for the room they didn't believe me then told me I was only putting my debit card in for incidentals for a 25$ charge per room that they do to hold card and I was charged for both rooms again and they came out of my checking today and on my apple credit card from booking.com on 8/22 so I was charged double and now i'm waiting for them to prove I was charged from booking.com
