the front desk and Mohammed at the front desk had an excellent commitment to customer service.

I stayed at the hotel because it was supposed to have a business office where I could print and photocopy documents. The printer was broken and had been broken for some time,. This fact should be disclosed to those thinking of staying at the hotel

Friendliness of staff, cleanliness, breakfast service

It was clean and fairly new. The price was fair. The Eames chair in the room was great! The free buffet breakfast was wonderful.

Finding a place to park was difficult. Had to park far far far away. The parking garage was only for residents that lived on the upper floors.

Location to mall, restaurants and freeway.

Rude front desk lady. Not given enough breakfast vouchers to accommodate total party. Kids do not stay for free- although the website states otherwise. Pets roam throughout hotel. Hotel is new it already shows significant signs of wear. Subpar cleanliness

My expectation was that there wouldn't be consistent disruption of my peace at a hotel of this caliber. That expectation was not met at all.

There were 3 children running up and down the hallways on the 5 floor until after 11p even after going to the front desk and complaining. Dogs barking nearly all night & consistently from 7 to 748am Housekeeping started banging on doors at 1012a

Restaurant on the premise

Room felt cold. Not enough cups provided. Seating was uncomfortable. Parking felt unsafe. This is my main reason that I may not stay again during the winter months

The person who checked me in at the front desk was wonderful and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was also good.

My bathroom toilet wasn?t as thoroughly cleaned as it should have been

Room was quiet, it was clean and easy to communicate with front desk through text messages when we had issues or a request.

It was conveniently located for our needs and fairly priced. Pretty hotel.

The bed was uncomfortable. Walls thin. AC didnt work properly. Poor water pressure. Breakfast was horrible. Was told parking was complimentary but then charged for it. It was not a nice or comfortable stay.

Friendly helpful front desk staff. Actual vegetables at breakfast buffet!

It was pretty expensive

Every staff member was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. Getting breakfast at the coffee and chatting with the ladies there was such a nice way to start the day. We'll definitely be staying here again!

The staff was amazing, very kind and helpful.

What I did not expect was somewhat of a dirty bathroom. The floor had built up dirt in the corners of where the bathtub was and food drippings on the wall.

The staff is not that friendly specially the kitchen staff thats serve breakfast its like that they hated serving free breakfast. Why include free breakfast on the room if you dont like to serve it.

I love the location of this hotel

Our tub was clogged and we mentioned it and the issue was not fixed

Our first room smelled like marijuana so much, they moved us room to another one where you can hear the furnace blowing all night. We usually have a good experience here but unfortunately not this time. It was nice they are doing complementary breakfast.

Location near airport and mall - stayed a night close to SeaTac & the next night closer to Climate Pledge Arena

Beautiful and clean hotel. Great location. Very clean and modern looking. Had everything I need in the room.

I think my only complaint is for it to be a four-star hotel, and did not come with a microwave. You do have to request it from the front desk. Also, the parking situation is a bit much but it¿s not too bad. Other than that the room was great.
