Price was right, and location

Room was dirty. Its like they never mop the floor. Bathroom was old and dirty. Hardly any pressure at sink

The price.

Thin walls. Neighbor with a chronic cough kept me up all night. No ice machine. I asked for some ice trays, and I was given 2 by the front desk and they were filthy (have no idea where they got them from).

Great location to our Montgomery Rd office location and very affordable.

Only thing I had mentioned on the actual hotel review, is although each room has a kitchen area, I was only staying for one night and was disappointed that the vending machines at the location, did not have the ability to accept a debit/credit card.

It is not handicap accessible and we had to GI up and down stairs I have Ms and just had knee replacement and I had to ask the cleaners to help me with out baggage but this hotel needs renovations it was a dump. The bed was ok but it smelled like smoke

We only needed to sleep for 5 hours but we checked in after our concert and it was past midnight so the desk clerk had trouble but he got it set. The room has zero silverware. We could not eat. We just slept. The bathrooms were gross. I was disappointed.

Price staff was friendly

The toilet leaked, and wouldn¿t flush. There was soap residue on skin. The bathtub had residue that almost made me fall. There were no cups and if extended stay the stove was old and not cooking utensils

I was really upset that my reserved room wasn't ready. We were thrown into half cleaned room. The gm was awesome she stepped mad few accommodations for me and my family. Made the stay alot easier. I would definitely go back. She needs another team

The housekeeping team sucked tremendously Jessica needs a strong team behind her and that hotel will see more stays.

Very confusing layout. Dark, dingy and smelly facility. Given two different rooms. Both in need of update. No air. Musty. I tripped twice on tear in floor in room 114.

The company I was with made this room tolerable. If not for the laughter at how truly bad this room was, we¿d have been miserable.

Filthy floor. Empty bottle of whiskey in the cabinet & an empty tissue box. Towels were threadbare. Zero soap of any kind (hand soap). Hardest mattress ever. Peeling paint in the kitchen & bathroom. Stained flat sheet. Dirty washcloth under bathroom sink.

Best hotel around for the price

Listing for rooms is decieving, out of two rooms I slept in 0/2 of the TVs worked.Asked the person on duty and he informed me he couldn't find out how to fix it and said he would ask for a credit for his manager,but none was discussed.

Nice location.

Check-in policies are confusing and nonsensical. We found bed bugs the second morning. The floor we were on was dingy and not well maintained. People were hanging around in the stairwell drinking, and kept propping the security door open

Poor management,did not receive the room we booked even though it was prepaid. Then they refused to discount the room. Also the room was not ready at time of reservation. Staff could not properly code key and a family member was locked our for a night

Was a bit noisy. Did quiet down later in the evening. Also the hotel needs to be updated.

Kitchen

The manager threw my husband out saying if he had COVID it was illegal. We are highly educated professionals and this is just not acceptable. You do not care, nor will you do anything about it.

We are not the pickiest when it comes to hotels when travelling, in fact we tend to focus on the area we're visiting instead of staying in the room. With that said, the hotel was extremely pleasant. Staff was above & beyond as far as service!!

Nothing at all.. just wish we had MORE time to enjoy the area.. people were really friendly. Felt like more "down south" than the city.

The front desk assistant manager was polite, efficient, and hospitable. The room was clean and satisfactory.
