- The room wasn't clean as there was still food in the refrigerator when we arrived into our room and clothes that were left behind and not cleaned.
- The beds were very uncomfortable and the carpet and couches weren't very clean in the rooms. I'd also recommend carpet cleaning or new carpet throughput the hallways.

The beds were very uncomfortable and the carpet and couches weren't very clean in the rooms. I'd also recommend carpet cleaning or new carpet throughput the hallways.

It was hot in the hallways and elevators and they (hallway and elevators) smelled musty. Carpet in room had some large stains.
Our room was clean, which is important to us! The fitness room was great & pool looked nice, though we didn't have time to get in. The breakfast was adequate & served in a spacious dining area.
Room size is a bit small for a family. The bathroom door, a trendy sliding barn door, looked nice but wasn't very private.

I love the cleanliness of the hotel and everything was updated. Very nice hotel not fair from downtown cincy. The staff was very friendly and helpful and loved every second of my stay. Will return in the near future.

There was a water leak from the room above. I was awoken early in the morning and my sleep disrupted due to this problem.l. The staff did not take this problem very seriously. They appeared as though they did not want to be bothered.
Beds were horrible. And pillows were very bad.
