Room was decent and clean. However there was mold/meldew in corners of shower.

Needs renov. $20 policy to stay until 12noon. shower only, floors appeared dirty, dirty towel/clothing in elevator, short on towels and when requested needed to go to front desk to get them (no room service) mold in shower, staff not dressed professionall

Dated rooms and apparently understaffed since all of the room options for what I booked were still ?dirty? at 9pm and we were assigned a different suite than what was booked

Lobby good; rooms bad. 1st room had bedding full of debris and hair. 4th floor room must and unclean. 5th floor room had sewage smell. Small, old tv w/ broken remote. Towels and linens all either old/thin or dingy. Didn?t sleep well and regretted booking

Clean and comfortable hotel and room. Professional staff. Excellent quality for the price.

Hotel is in a business/industrial area and there were not many restaurants and shops within walking distance, although there are quite a few just a short drive away. That's really the only thing I didn't like. The place is perfect otherwise, I think.

Locked out of my room, due to key malfunction and had to go without my personal items until maintenance arrived at 8 am, air conditioning fan was very loud, musty smell to room and floor

Location. Easy to find. Kind staff.

TV channels in our room did not correspond with guide channel, and each channel very slow to load. Breakfast was not included and was expensive ($16 per person in July 2024).

They to charge just one incidental fee instead of stay three days get yours three different incidental fees. That's a little much. So I only stayed the one day to avoid that. But I would have stayed longer if I didn't have to have an extra 50 bucks everyd

Bathroom was musty, no fan, poor free breakfast, small pool, no hot tub, gym was just fair.

Everything was clean, beautiful comfortable, breakfast was fresh and excellent. Great deal! I would definitely stay here again. Rooms were spacious and beds are so comfy!

Easy online reservation. I was able to walk right up to the front desk and get my room key. I had no issues. Very very satisfied and I will definitely rent from this hotel again

The only complaint I will say that I had Was I couldn't shut the curtains

The TV worked but the channels were all messed up. This hotel was older and I was expecting something a little fancier. Lots of kids were running around and making noise.
