Sheraton Baltimore Washington Airport Hotel - BWI

Very close to airport. Staff was very friendly. The airport shuttle was very prompt and friendly. Our room was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. So happy we chose the Sheraton after our flight was cancelled in Baltimore.

Not really - it was quite enjoyable during our inconvenient circumstances. But, no restaurants or convenience stores in walking distance of the hotel, but there was a restaurant in the hotel which we didn’t use or even look at, so we can’t critique.

I arrived a day late and left a day early as the room had stink bugs in it and bug splats on the wall, and no conditioner in the bathroom and the bathroom was dirty

I was at confused because the shower was cold, then something said to look at the faucet, the temperature handles/labels were opposite. So, once I realized what was wrong, I turned the shower to 'cold" to get hot water.

Staff is very friendly and helpful.

BEDBUGS!!!!! Our room wasn't in active infestation but there were signs, and the guest 2 rooms over actually had them and could not change rooms! Also general cleanliness of the room/bathroom was just not great at all.

Location

It took 5-10 minutes to get cold water. Hotel tried to fix it 3 times ended up telling me just have to wait for cold water to come. Got hot water for both faucets and shower. They did not make an attempt to move us to a different room.

It was quiet

They did not offer oatmeal or complimentary breakfast. The gym was missing equipment for the universal machine. The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent. There were also amenities listed that did not exist.

The staff were amazing; one person left a wallet in the shuttle and the staff arranged for another person at the hotel to ride the shuttle immediately to make sure the flight was not missed

The room was not as clean as I would hope. Some small things--no stopper for the tub so guest could not take bath; only shower; no soap in bathroom; only hair products and lotion; only one bottle complimentary water in a room for 2, etc

24 hour shuttle

I could clearly hear the TV from the next room, since the TV was on the neighbor's wall that abutted the wall in our room where the head of our beds were located. Overall the room was less quiet than I expected

The pillows smelled like dirty hair. The room was overwhelmed with cigar smoke odor so much so it make me sick enough to puke. The shower curtain did not cover the open area which caused an excessive amount of water on the floor. The hot water took 10+ mi

The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Free parking and transportation shuttle to the airport. Excellent service.

Couldn't park, overflowing with cars, many blocking fire lanes. Room not cleaned. When I asked about it--upon returning to the hotel at 4 pm--she said, "Not my room." It took a half hour to get the room cleaned. Receptionist could not pronounce "George"

Very nice, up to date hotel. There was so much attention to detail. Beautiful.

Not enough parking spaces. I think they use their parking lot as a car drop off to shuttle to airport.

I can't really express how I really feel about this hotel because I only got 250 characters. The first room that they gave me the AC was not working and it was 90° and Baltimore so they changed me rooms. The shuttle stops running at 7:45 which is ridic
