The location, cleanliness, breakfast was awesome I love the biscuits and gravy.

Clean, spacious room. Safe location.

Shower water only got warm, not hot. Breakfast was mediocre.

Very clean spacious room. Workers were so nice and friendly. Safe location. Breakfast seating area is large.

Breakfast could be improved with more choices. Coffee available all day would be a nice benefit.

Yes, many things that we did not like. Very poor customer service, rude office staff, bad attitude. No room service in 5 days of stay.

We had a room with two queen size beds and a kitchenette the kitchen was totally stocked I love the fact that the staff were so pleasant, you can in an hr earlier and check out an hour later then any other hotel we have stayed at!

The chair in our room was so uncomfortable to sit in.

The room was nice and clean and it was great to have a kitchenette. Everything was great with the room, and I would definitely return if I'm staying in the area.

People are smoking cigarettes inside and the outside the hotel building. Even the elevators are full of cigarette smoke.

Cleanliness, breakfast was horrible, noisy, trash everywhere

The shuttle from the airport took almost an hour to arrive. When we called the first time we were picking up our luggage and we were told to call again once we were at the shuttle stop. Once we got to the shuttle stop, we called back and we're told ten

The evening front desk clerk

No daily Housekeeping. Shuttle didn't go to/from BWI rail station. Kitchen appliances where a little small. Seemed like some of the guests had been relocated from a homeless shelter.

Even though the room I reserved wasn't available, I was given a 2 queen beds room that worked. The breakfast sandwich was delicious!

The hotel was overall a little outdated, you can tell the carpet was old and it smelled musty. I also found a stinkbug on our towel, that wasn't great, but overall it was clean.

Super nice staff!

The bathtub was very slippery..it had no mat or texture. Very scary stepping into it.

Cleanliness of housekeeping.

I was on the 1st floor surrounded by 3 other room and the guest were loud. And one of my nights the top floor guest either was drunk stumbling around or fighting with his significant other. #104 has no true spacing like the rest of the rooms in the hotel.

That it had availability until the ants

There were ants all over there and I had to switch rooms late into the night which was a pain and they we¿re short on washcloths and towels each day

I tried to call the hotels direct phone# several times to inform them that we'd be arriving after midnight on check-in day. The phone system kept routing my calls to the national call center with no one able to connect me with the hotel. Very annoying.

The hotel was very clean and the people were great in all areas of the hotel the breakfast was really good and the food was great I would stay there

Everything was on time love staying there would stay again

Only thing lacking was ice. You had to ask the front desk staff to get ice every time you needed it

You’re in the middle of a lot of major cities. That are relevant for recreational and cultural activities.

I didn’t like that they have permanent residency’s there and the people don’t share the pool. Everyday that I was there the same people were in the pool and me and my family weren’t able to enjoy it.

This motel we have in Winchester is nothing like this motel. The size of the room was unbelievable big and very roomy also very clean. The Staff was great and not judgmental or think that they are better then the guest like they do in Winchester motel.

There was nothing that I did not like or want to change.

1. The room was comfortable and clean. 2. The desk staff was extremely welcoming and engaged. 3. On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights, the hotel serves a simple dinner - salad, main course, side, and beverages. The quality was very good.
