Courtyard by Marriott Baltimore BWI Airport

Convenient location.

Lacking attention to detail. AC did not work first night. Reported early next morning, was still not working upon return. Was told ?engineer couldn?t enter room because he thought somebody was in it, or tv was on?. Neither of which was the case.

The location was perfect! The food was great and fast! Starbucks on site was definitely a deciding factor in picking this location. But the Staff and Manager, we¿re the BEST about this stay! Super friendly, efficient and genuinely accommodating!!

1 person checking in guests at around 6:30 pm. No coffee anywhere before 7am. Almost all guests are there to fly. Many have to get to airport early. Hotel has breakfast area which op name at 7. Pay for everything incl coffee. No coffee before that.

Very noisy in adjoining room and hallways even tho the sign in our hall sayid "quiet zone"

the young lady who checked us in was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. it had been a long day, and it was late night, and that initial encounter could have set the tone for our visit. and it did, in the best of ways.

Receipt indicated there were 3 people during my stay. It was just my boyfriend and I.

Shuttle driver and it was clean.

Front desk people, the other people staying at the hotel, the grab and go breakfast wasn't edible.

I loved the room setting...cute furniture..... Bus driver went above and beyond to get us to the airport...I don't remember his name...he picked us up when we had 15 to get to the airport... Also liked the fact that they gave face mask....

Excellent Cleanliness, Great Location to BWI Airport, Professional Evening Desk Staff.

Small refrigerator in room. No complimentary coffee in lobby. No complimentary breakfast like the other adjacent hotels for travelers departing to BWI for departing flights.

Staff was friendly and helpful!

Air conditioner spewed foul smelling air, and needed to be turned off so I could sleep without headaches.

The location.

The sink was stopped up. The toilet was running. And the staff were not friendly at all. I asked for late check out and they said the best they could do is 12:30, and housekeeping still knocked on my room door at 11:00 asking what time I was checking out.

Located where our conference was located

Other Very good hotels have coffee and at least fruit available for guests in the lobby. Our conference started at 7 and we were told basically Too bad when I told the I was a diabetic and needed to be fed. We had to bring our own food.

Shuttle service to airport

We paid full price even though the elevator was out of service and we had to carry our luggage up to the 3rd floor. For our "trouble" we were given a bag of chips, granola bar & small water. My husband has 2 prosthetic knees.

The room accommodations were great! Spaceous, clean, and it had a refrigerator!

I dod not like how i was treated upon arrival and departure from the hotel. I actually felt as though she was surprised i could hold an intelligent conversation. No warmth or fluff.

I was not happy with this hotel. I've stayed at numerous Courtyard Marriott's and this was by far the worst. Beds were uncomfortable. Pool was dirty. Elevator was broken and we were on the top floor which was mildly inconvenient. Also, no room service.

It was so clean it felt like home the bed was so nice and fluffy I couldn't even get my hubby up lol.. The staff was so nice and helpful

Good location and airport shuttle. Really comfortable bed. Business center to print out boarding passes. Helpful staff.

We asked for a wake-up call and they either forgot or got the room wrong. Not an issue because I had set the alarm.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was very spacious.

Dirty bathroom upon arrival. The set up of the TV: you had to pull the TV from it's tucked position. The tray on which it lived was very loose, I was afraid I would have broken it.

The employees from the guy at the pool the young lady cleaning the rooms and the young man at the bistro in the morning.the were so kind and help full.
