Residence Inn by Marriott BWI Airport

The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained . The staffs at this hotel especially ,hotel employee, who works in the front desk were so friendly and helpful made our stay so comfortable, and also breakfast was delicious . Thanks.

The room was clean. Free hot breakfast. Microwave and fridge in the room, The staff was friendly. Shuttle to the airport and light rail.

Hotel is not close to restaurants.

The location and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Prompt attention was given upon arrival and when issues occurred.

Bathtub/shower have no skid proof protection. A guest could early slip and fall and get injured. The rooms, especially the pull-out sofa need to be thoroughly inspected before new guests arrive.

Friendly staff; great breakfast; room was very comfortable; was able to get a later checkout time .

Only downside was that the pool was not an indoor pool.

Location was good. We enjoyed breakfast. Staff tried to help.

We did not get the suite reserved. (Reserved 2 beds and sofa bed, got king and sofa bed instead, which did not work out very well). Staff said there were not any rooms available like we reserved. Asked staff for bath towels, got bath mats instead.

The location is great if you are staying one night and flying from BWI the next morning. The shuttle service is very dependable.

The hotel is in need of update. The furniture is old and worn. People cook in their suites, and there is a smell of foods which is not good. They use a room spray that is very strong to cover up the food smell, but the spray smell is overwhelming.

Room is nice and breakfast is okay. The location is good.

Room needs cleaning good... some are little dirty but I am not complained so I cleaned it up myself.

Staff was less than accommodating. No clear answers to questions.

Desired a suite (2 rooms) at reasonable cost. This suited us admirably. Bed was comfortable. Rooms were quiet.

Suite had kitchenette, but lacked glasses, plates, etc. Did not use, so did not affect us.

The two bedroom suite and the flexible pet policy. Hot breakfast was nice with super friendly and helpful staff person.

We were there on the weekend and there were several loud parties in the hotel rooms and folks loitering near the doors drinking and smoking. Security around the doors was lax and the stairwell by the doors had some trash in it.

I love the guest service from your front desk attendants they was wonderful

Upon arriving I always wipe down myself but when I got in my room because we had 3 rooms first we was in handicapped rooms seconds the fridge was dirty the disposal didn’t work I always run water when I get a new place plus I was wiping down

This was one of the best hotels that we stayed in all week. We went from Baltimore to Vegas and the best one out of four. The staff was friendly, the room was large and clean. Exceeded my expectations.

check out could have been easier. I had to look for someone to check me out.

In these difficult times the staff at hotel are very courteous and professional. The rooms are a good size, well appointed and clean. Highly recommended.

The location, room setup, front desk very knowledgable professional great job. The bathroom looked like a motel bathroom puddy all over ceiling when i took shower and looked up immediately was turned off and left
