It was ok but had trouble with staff

Didn’t like someone staff charging my card without permission and should have been on another customer not me. Then they make excuses.

Location, amenities, upkeep. It?s one of the best choices for BWI!

It was in a good location,

The staff were very indifferent. No greeting as we walked in, not very friendly.

Nice clean pool with useable hours, clean rooms, comfy beds and fixtures that work!

No real breakfast

There was no running water for hours we couldn?t flush the toilet or take a shower it was bad

The actual room I booked was nice.

I booked the room for the bathtub and was unable to use it bc the bathtub stopper was broken when we arrived. We immediately made the staff aware who advised us that maintenance would be contacted and sent up immediately to fix. Tub was never fixed

The room was excellent, I loved the flat screen tv + the kerig coffee make. I also liked that it had a ironing board with the iron.. There also was a work out room & a indoor swimming pool. For breakfast there is a buffet style breakfast.

The male desk clerk that was there around 7:00 pm was very rude and disrespectful and made my stay uncomfortable and unpleasant because I had my 1 year old daughter with me he told me if she cries anymore we will be thrown out she was a baby he was mean

The staff were very helpful my entire stay. I had a great time there.

There was a disturbance in the room next to mine that caused an issue. However, the staff handled the situation quickly and apologized.

Airport shutle's schedule is a bit unstable. (couldn't take when I arrive at the airport)

Had to pay for breakfast and quality of food wasn¿t in line with other Hilton garden inn experiences.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! My mother and I were stranded do you our connecting flight being cancelled, and they provided us will all toiletries we needed to be able to refresh ourselves. They directed us to a fabulous local restaurant l

Best part is how clean the hotel is and the constant room cleaning service offered. Always impeccable.

One of the staff members were extremely incompetent. Leading to a delayed check in, to which she was very rude and unaccomodating. Then, the same staff member instigated an altercation with my daughter, leading to involvement by management. Horrible.

I really liked the price, location near the Beltway to travel in many directions. The design, colors, and the overall atmosphere.

I didn't like the hotel restaurant, the menu was very limited on food choices for breakfast. It wasn't a real restaurant, a guy cooking on a stove, it was mostly a continental style breakfast that you serve yourself with juice, bagels, yogurt, and pastrie

Pool was dirty. Called desk, waited 20 minutes for a man to arrive. He was unfriendly and pushed the all the nastiness to the sides of the pool. We asked for an extra pillow and blanket for my son. They said they would bring them up and they never came.

The proximity to the airport and major highway made our stay enjoyable.

There was one Desk Clerk who was very loud throughout our stay. She didn't appear to respect the customers in the lobby or dining area as her communication to colleagues and others was overbearing and disruptive.

The hotel is clean and very comfortable.

We arrived at 10:30pm after travelling for hours. There were 30+ people checking in and one worker. The last thing we wanted was to wait another 30 minutes on line. No luggage carts available.
