- Staff was friendly and helpful.
- It had everything it said it had which was exactly what I needed.
- Clean Hotel & great great great staff
Cons -
- The hotel room's floor was not very clean. No carpet, just laminate flooring with dust and dirt in places. Room was next to freeway so the noise level was high with constant traffic. Hallway carpeting looks like it hasn't been changed since the 1980's.
- Room 119 was extremely cold
- The location, staff, condition of hotel, unwillingness to allow me to receive a refund or relocate to a different one, elevator barely fit two people, stains on carpets, exposed wiring everywhere, unsafe location, got locked out of the parking area
