Clean, Quiet, Good Area and Great Staff.. Thanks for the comfortable stay.

Clean room. Reception guy was nice and let me check in an hour early.

Friendly staff.

Clothes rack had no bar for hangars. It also smelled like someone had been smoking tobacco in my room.

Everything was so perfect. The parking & walkways are well lit and easy to find, agent was super FAST & friendly checking me in, room was cooled & VERY clean. No bugs. I felt safe and had a good night's sleep.

The only thing I would replace is the comforter, it was torn in a few places and worn.

Staff is always so nice and checks with us to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Rooms clean and all the amenities we need for my wife?s and my date night.

The manager and his staff are so nice very professional the property is extremely well kept very clean it¿s a nice area has lots of stores around the area highly recommend so glad I chose this property 5 stars forsure

Did not like this hotel at all was kicked off the property and they still trying to charge me for a room I didn't stay in.

Hotel employees are very attentive and helpful! The more we interacted, the kinder and more warm, welcoming hotel employee became. The rooms not only smelled clean, but they looked/smelled/felt fresh and clean!!! The beds/pillows were surprisingly comfort

The tv/cable was not working so hotel employee quickly moved me over to a different room without delay. The towels could be of larger size/better quality, but they did the job. All basic necessities/toiletries as expected was available-Should be a 3+¿¿

Customer service was awesome. Also, the room was very very clean.

Our original hotel overbooked and the management at Palace Inn were amazing to prepare a room for three nights in a matter of a few minutes.

Can¿t say that there was much to like

Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional ruined the experience completely. Bathroom was nasty. Toilet seat was broken. Towels were ragged. No sound suppression - morning train sounds like it is rolling right through the bedroom.

Had good reviews for cleanliness but dried blood and dirt on bedding.
