We had termites in our room and on our things. Huge ants my bf had to take outside and dead bugs everywhere

Sheets was not washed . It's smell is very. Look like not washed long time ago. I used my own blanket and Sheets.
We didn't stayed!. we booked but decided to leave after we saw how dirty it was. there was hairs on the pillow, old smell. dirty stains in the bathroom. the mattress was hard. I knew I would not sleep.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, refrigerator and air conditioning worked. Really, everything worked.Staff noticed my car key was left on the bed after check out and held it for me until I returned to pick it up.

I thought the manager was rude he double charged for our stay when I should only have been once I payed on booking.com and when I went to the hotel he charged me again n I showed him my payment but he still did it how can I get a refund ? Of the extra 118 $ he charged
