Walk from car to room, no lobby/elevator.

The staff was kind and helpful.

You sold me a package of a “mountain view with balcony” and the hotel doesn’t even have balconies. The hot tub was broken even though I called ahead to confirm everything was working. The sink and tub drain in our room was broken. Parking was extra $.

It was clean and comfortable.

My room, 510, had poor plumbing. The faucets were not the best, the sink drain plug was not even connected, and worse of all was the toilet. It would not properly flush. I had to used the downstair common bathroom for that reason.

The breakfast was very good. The hot tub was good but not great. The area around the hot tub and pool was dingy and looked like it had not been cleaned in years. There were adequate towels in the bathroom.

The bathroom was ridiculous. There is no vent in the bathroom, the toilet flushed only sometimes, the bathtub was not clean upon our arrival.

Room not properly cleaned: crumbs on chair/dried food on desk. No TV channel guide, not on tv, not anywhere in the room. dirty remote. Window shade left down and full of holes. Parking charge!!!! Everyone drives and needs to park! This is bad business.

Location

The location of the hotel precluded accessing it without the use of a car. The fact that a hidden, stated in fine print, parking fee exists smacks of exploitation. After all, this is a mother hotel one designed to be used by automotive travelers.

Location was close to family and events in the area. Easy to get to by train/bus system from airport, so didn't need family to pick us up. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Recently remodeled. The room was clean, the indoor pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was yummy.

Out dated furniture, looks like they are updating but the desk chair and sofa were old dirty and disgusting.

Beds were hard. Shower rod broken. Pay for parking.

Feather pillows in room. I am allergic. I am very sick from that experience. I am on antibiotics and steroids now all because feather pillows in the rm. Also the hot tob didn't work. I wont be staying there again.

Clean, friendly staff

Breakfast closed early. They shut the doors on us while we were getting our food. Other guests were turned away. Then it seemed like a group of 10+ staff members and their family (yes, kids) were allowed to get their breakfast behind the closed doors.

This hotel is clean and in a safe area, that takes alot of the stress out of traveling. The hotel staff is always helpful and polite. When we are in Denver for medical appointments this is our go to.

Proximity to great shopping and restaurants. Hot tub was fabulous!

There was no signage on the omlette to indicate it had meat in it.

DO NOT STAY They¿re quick to take your 50 bucks per day for ¿incidentals¿, and then overcharge you for those, and slo to return what you didn¿t use. Unhelpful staff Hard if not impossible to get housekeeping if you¿re there for more that a day

Do Not waste your money here!

Location.

When I asked the night manager to address a noise issue on my floor, I was told they'd "look into it." The issue persisted. On the final call, the night manager said, "it's not my job to police noise. I have people to check in."
