Room comfortable and walking distance from food

You selected a hotel that no longer has shuttle service to airport and has not for some time yet it is listed that way. That misinformation cost me over $45. Restaurant closed for dinner

Run down, breakfast was not good. Key pads didn’t work.

The bed

The pool was closed and I only stood here because I wanted to go swimming for two days. I checked out early one day ahead of time. I’m waiting on a refund.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and there was room to move around in the room. Front desk staff was wonderful!

At check in/out the front desk lady was great. She was polite, friendly, acoomodating and helpful. Location is excellent for us. Plenty of parking. The room was layed out well, CLEAN and the bed was very comfortable. Great shower with hot water.

Breakfast selection is a little weak.

The pool and gym are closed. Not one person can tell me when they will be open. Closed for a year so far.

Everything about this hotel is wrong.? they should revoke their hotel license. They don?t make the rooms, the staff is not professional at all the rooms and hallway are filthy everything is wrong

The location, since it was a work trip

Im requesting a refund! The hotel had an event, hardly no parking, lots of noise! The fire alarm when off we had to evacuate the hotel premises, the door keys did not work had to go down to the front desk several times, people were complaining!

Our room was refreshed between nights there. It was so nice to get fresh towels and empty wastebaskets

Breakfast was limited to "grab and go". Though free breakfast was never promised

All of the elevators in this 6-floor hotel were out of service during my stay, with no foreseeable date of returning to service. Apparently, its a permit issue with the city. In addition, the restaurant was not open on Saturday. Its uninhabitable.

Elevators legally could not be used..didn't pass safety inspections. Pool out of service...closed for 4 months! Still cost $--- a night...Wow

The hotel was fine

No soap in the body wash dispenser and no lotion in the lotion dispenser. And the conditioner was clearly watered down.

2 of the front desk workers were kind. The bed was comfortable.

- Elevator brokentold that its been broken for a very long time and it never gets fixed. - The one elevator that did work was being used by the maid and she ignored that we were waiting to use it. - Not enough room to type the rest. Staff - unhelpful.

Personnel was attentive. Good location.

Not informed of requirements for daily Housekeeping. Multiple trips to front desk for info & towels. Also had to request numerous times for both. Parking lot wasn't illuminated/too dark. Key card didn't work at side entrance. No final receipt available.

There was an air purifier in the room that wasn¿t supposed to be used with people in the room. By the time I realized it I had a coughing attack and was struggling to breathe. The maid was helpful when I made it to the hall.

The convenience of location was great. Also, whatever we requested from staff, we received help for. Customer service was very responsive.

The room we stayed in, 427, was right next to the staircase and very noisy through all hours of the day and night. Extremely thin walls. We could hear (and smell) everything our neighbors beside and underneath us were doing. Made noise complaints.

Put me in a room downstairs by the outside door n I told them I didn¿t want that room but gave it to me anyway and got no sleep.

Room was well decorated and updated. Very friendly staff.

Carpet was out of date and stained.
