- Hotel staff very nice the location was great
- The staff especially the young lady at the front desk during the day, was exceptional. We were there for a medical issue concerning my sister. She was scheduled for surgery that was postponed, and we were on a day by day basis. She was very helpful.
- Comfy bed. That?s about it.

- Yes elevator was not clean and my room had burned carpet in it
