Location, hotel was clean, they brought me new towels on 2nd day without me having to ask, loved my whole experience!

The Hotel is clean.

The parking lot.Someone stole my gas from my Van it was a rental and it was a full tank.

Clean and staff was friendly, helpful, and professional.

Difficult access.

Cleanliness and water. They have a refillable water bottle station. They also offer flavored water at the front desk. It was lovely.

Free parking and breakfast. Bed was surprisingly comfortable, room was very clean with a modern style. Liked that there was no carpet in the room, made it cleaner. Didn¿t notice any dust in the room. Pancake machine at breakfast was nice.

Water damage around shower in the hearing accessible room, due to poor installation of ramp making water flow out over the floor. Skirting tiles falling off around ramp and severe bubbling around light in shower. Smelled like mould in the bathroom.

Coffee was always old Lift wasn¿t working Breakfast is a joke

It was $--- per night cheaper than the hotel next door. It had a decent hot breakfast.

The room was so tiny, you could barely move around in it. Had to always move a chair or a suitcase to get by the bed. No closet, just some hooks on the wall. No microwave in room, had to use one in the lobby to heat my dinner. Lousy exercise room.

Pet fee overpriced. $50 per stay. Pet area unuseable

The room was super modern, bed and pillows where super comfortable, they smell clean, and AC was amazing

The floor was dusty and the coffee in the lobby was not strong, also all the rooms are pet friendly instead of having a few designated ¿pet friendly rooms¿

The staff was friendly and very attentive. I called the front desk for tissues and had them at my foot within minutes. The breakfast was better than I thought it would be and the breakfast areas were always clean. The best thing, they are pet friendly!

No fan in bathroom.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was great with a lot of options to choose from.

I didn¿t like the half glass shower door in bathroom. Every time someone took a shower, there was water all over the floor.

Everything was open and excellent...fully stocked gym, nice pool and a "true" hot breakfast. Staff was very helpful and professional and the room was top-notch.

No complaints, I would stay here again.

The staff was friendly and nice, quick and easy check-in. The hotel was nice and very clean. The lobby was very welcoming, family oriented. A bunch of family activities including a pool table. The room was modern up-to-date spacious room, big bathroom.

The room did not have a microwave, the light above the mirror was not working. Wish the room had more lighting but the window made up for it, unless you needed privacy. Food down stars was over priced. No hot breakfast or maid service due to Covid

Housekeeping need more attention to detail. Obviously a pet room. Hair in shower, duvet, on furniture.

Very nice and colorful hotel that I think is geared towards the younger crowd. The gal checking me in was very good.

No microwave and coffee maker in the rooms but there is a communal microwave and coffee maker down in the lobby.

Bed

They never came to clean our room once stayed there for 4nights . Never took our trash or gave us extra toilet paper or bath towels .

The hotel and room were both immaculate.. The staff was pleasant.

I would have liked a closet to hang my clothing.
