The a/c unit in the room worked but the unit was loud making it difficult to get to sleep

This motel should be listed as such. It is not a hotel. There are people hanging around smoking. The facility outside of the front lobby area smelled feces, cigarette and other types of smoke.

Elevator kept acting up. Room keys didn’t work

Comfortable bed and pillows, water pressure in shower and hot water.

Front parking lot had some trash where guests dumped stuff out of their cars.

The room was damp and humid, the only way to pull the dampness out of the room was to turn heat on in the summer.

The Breakfast Attendant did not have the breakfast ready when we arrived. We waited over 15 minutes for fresh coffee and the entries were empty for ten minutes. There was very little yogurt and most of the yogurt toppings were empty.

1st room had the most uncomfortable bed. moved and 2nd room the fridge did not work.

Location is good to get around the Richmond area.

We spent 6 nights here. They only cleaned our room once after we asked and even that was only partial. They are supposed to clean every other day. We had to ask for towels, coffee, cups, shampoo daily. Very poor for Hilton!

Excellent location, clean. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was plentiful. Would stay here again.

There was no curtain on the window looking out to the pool. There was a bright light shining that would keep us awake in addition to the lack of privacy. The staff only provided 2 bed sheets to hang up ourselves.

no fan in bathroom, it fogged up. Maintenance staff worked on toilet next door that involved pounding and drilling. Front deck seem to not know that was happening. Temperature control weird, if turn the temperature up,heat came on. Overpriced!

Location was good. The room and the condition of the room was good.

The heat/AC unit was the worst. Could not control the temperature and the noise from the unit was very disturbing. We had 2 rooms. The person in the other room from us could not get the temp above 68 degrees.

The greeting service was great. The front desk clerk was very polite and helpful.The housekeeper was excellent in her cleaning. And she was also very polite. And very helpful.

I didnt like that it was a stain in our carpet in our room it looked like dryed blood. I didnt like that it was no microwave wasnt in the room. And i had to go all the way down stairs to warm my food up.

Hotel and room were very clean, tasteful

The hotel was fine, but there wasn't anything close ly (mostly on me, I didn't have time to research the area prior to booking). My room was right next to the outdoor pool so the light was shining through my window all night which was annoying

Room wasn¿t ready at time of check in. I came to check in at 415pm and was told there wasn¿t any clean rooms available. Came back around 5 pm and it was finally ready.

Clean, safe, comfortable overall. Price was great.

The breakfast offered was very poor. Very few choices, food didn¿t seem fresh at all. No laundry facilities. Was told to go across the street to see if that hotel would let us use their laundry room.
