Staff was friendly and check in/out was quick and easy!

My only complaint, which isn't much really, there is only one set of elevators, which isn't a big deal breaker. But we were put on the top floor and it was busy weekend with lots of families so it made for longer wait times getting to or leaving rooms

Spacious room, well appointed with charging ports, dinnerware and silverware, and dining table that rolled out from under counter to create a dining space. The walk-in shower was very nice.

Difficult to find, behind a shopping center.

Super nice lady on the front desk at check-in. Room was clean and spacious! Many fun amenities. Will stay again soon!

Room was clean and relaxing. Staff was very courteous on enter,   breakfast, and exit. The lady that worked the breakfast) was extremely nice and cared for our every need. She made the breakfast experience feel like home.

The elevator had a small issue where an emergency call had been made and it took a few hours for the alert to be reset, so when you rode, it had an annoying voice talking about how the call had been handled already. This was a few hours.

Customer service was excellent and location was perfect for our visit.

Our room was very spacious and clean. Exceptional customer service from the front desk.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The lobby and patio provide ample comfortable seating. The staff was courteous and helpful. I will stay again when I'm in town.

We were told there was free parking with a reservation and we were charged $10 for each of 2 rooms.

Friendly staff. Convenient location. Clean.

Location is very comfortable for everyone traveling with kids and dog (dog park is less than 1 mile from the property). Short Pump mall within walking distance with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Great breakfast and very pleasant staff.

Swimming pool is on the smaller size, but the gym was nice. The outdoor basketball court would be a great addition.

Great location, polite staff, very clean, free breakfast was ok, pool towels were not replenished very often.

This stay was phenomenal. I slept comfortably. The location was absolutely beautiful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend for anyone to stay at this location. It was very clean and the staff was very polite.

There’s absolutely nothing that I can say that is negative about this hotel
