Location of the property

The room was not properly cleaned. There were ants in the room and pills on the floor

The shower and the availability of a sleeper sofa.

At times there was no one attending the front desk. Although staff may take breaks, there should always be someone available at the front desk.

Right of the bat when I walked it in I felt like I wish this my room. Very clean and well set together.

Some staff don¿t even greet you when you walk in.

All the stuff was very nice and helpful. The area had a lot of places you could eat at and walking distance.

Ice machine was broken.

Hotel was very nice! The staff was awesome. The breakfast was very good. I liked everything about the room. Nice sofa and a desk for my laptop. Nice walk-in shower. I will definitely stay there again, Thanks.

The breakfast meat options were all pork. Could use a microwave to warm ¿leftovers¿ especially since there was a fridge. There was a microwave available downstairs.

AC in room didn¿t work. Checked in @midnight, let front desk know, and they said they couldn¿t have someone look at it till the next day (after I checked out) and did not offer a different room. Exhausted, I passed out, and it was 82° in my room by 6 a

The Staff

My room was located on the third floor.Families with kids was placed on the fourth floor so you heard the kids running all day long in the rooms and down the hall.

The breakfast person was very sweet and the variety was good. Housekeeping kept everything very clean. Horrible management!!! No manager on duty for 24 hours and over charged 228.00 !Grandkids were upset they couldnt swim!!!

Upon check in we learned the pool was completely drained and closed. They overcharged me two days in a row and took out 124.00 each day even though It was prepaid! No manager on duty and she would not call me,It took 3 days and corporate to get involved!

I have stayed at a few Hyatt Place in the past -- the staff is always wonderful, a great breakfast, and I've never had any major issues. Location was also incredibly convenient.

Cleanliness could have been better. Some mysterious stains in my bathroom and carpet and the hallways were always filled with trash.

I have stayed here the last 5 years for sports tournaments. The hotel has gone way down. Location

Roaches, ran out of towels staff not concerned. The rooms are spacious but this hotel has gone down hill. Breakfast was a joke 7 am no oatmeal yet they opened at 6am. Use to be a favorite not anymore

The hotel was very clean and the staff was so helpful and friendly. They will go way beyond and above to accommodate your needs.

The pool was under renovation

They liked it. Booked for visiting relatives, so much better atmosphere than the Williamsburg Road hotel a few years ago! With 3 small children, they need amenities.

The smell of the room, room did not smell fresh. The heater in the room made too much noise especially while watching tv and sleeping.

The location was perfect for our stay. The room was clean and I felt comfortable sleeping there.

I don't like the fact the rooms did not have microwaves....

My first room was perfect but the air stopped working so I was moved to another room. This room looked horrible, lights didn't work, toilet wouldn't flush, shower drain clogged, and sheets were dirty. I could not wait to leave. My card was double charged

Hotel was in a great location. Staff was attentive to my needs. Quick registration process. Hotel very clean.

Walls very thin. Could hear folks next door early in the morning involved in adult activities.
