- The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Great location, and a great value. I will stay here every time I go to Richmond.

- The only negative that I could say is that the air vent in our room made quite a bit of noise throughout the night and I couldn?t figure out how to cut it down so that it would shut off. But the temperature of the room stayed comfortable all night long
- Our room was not cleaned one night. We informed the front desk twice; they did nothing. I would have liked an explanation. If the housekeeper had an emergency or was ill, I'd understand, but if it was a mistake, then they should have discounted our bill.
