Terrible front desk lady was rude y3lled at me and told me only 4 bodies were allowed in the room and basically we had to leave don't ever go here

Front desk staff was helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable with directions.

Everything, super clean, the staff And the location

Hotel was filthy . Mushrooms in dishwasher , room stunk, feces in toilet. The room looked like it hadn¿t been vacuumed in monthes. My kids didn¿t even pull out the sofa bed because they were so grossed out.Worst hotel experience Iv ever had in 41 yrs

Carpet was dirty. Bathroom dirty. Yellow stains all over tub.sofa had dog hair and crumbs all over it.The worst stay ever in a hotel

The large room

No internet without back and forth with staff. No extra sheets for pull out in the room. Again, have to find staff. Dead bugs in the closet.

The hotel is located near just about every amenity you might need. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was good.

The bathroom was a little small. And the couch in the main room, while adequate, wasn't very comfortable.

Water was leaking out of the ceiling light in the bathroom. The staff addressed it right away. They put a sealant on to stop leak while we were there.

Family friendly; lots of restaurants and stores nearby; delicious breakfast choices; comfortable bed; attractive room; conveniently located to see the sights and visit our family

noisy-our room faced the hospital-we heard traffic and sirens; refrigerator, bathroom fan were very loud, too. Faded yellow paint on the step leading out of the building was hard to see-as a result my husband hurt his ankle because he didn't see the step.

Very friendly staff and the room was clean, it didn't have a bad smell or anything like that.

The only issue we had was the hot water in the shower. It took about 20 minutes or more to get hot. We did tell the desk. She was going to have someone check it out

I had to check out two days earlier than planned. I was told at the Reception that a full refund for the two days would be made to Booking.com. However, Booking.com has not refunded the funds to my account. And Booking.com web-site does not provide the means to seek such a refund. Therefore, I am inclined to make hotel bookings in the future directly with hotels.

We didn't have the breakfast. The facilities were very nice, I was expecting a fireplace in my room.

We requested a early check in and the desk guy could not have been any more indifferent about my request or my being there. We did not have towels in our room, I would have expected to have them brought up to the room.

Loved the location, close to the highway, food, gas. The receptionist during check in was welcoming and a pleasure to talk to. The room was comfortable. Free parking and breakfast was pretty good. The male staff working the breakfast area was nice and helpful.

$100 pet fee is pretty extreme.

Staff was exceptional and very friendly!! Hotel was VERY CLEAN AND WELL KEPT!! I WILL BE RETURNING
