Lodge at Kingsbury Crossing

The room was fantastic. Large space with a dining table and couch. Cozy fireplace. Great view of the forest from the balcony. Excellent water pressure. Decent location. The mini-split heater heated the room well. Very clean. Easy after hours check-in.

Thin walls! The person above us could be heard walking around for hours. They didn't even sound like they were walking loudly, just continuously walking. You can hear people talk at normal volumes in the hallway. The floor shook whenever you walk on it.

You can’t get your own coffee in the lobby, you have to ask the front desk to come out from behind the desk to get the coffee for you. They also have to walk you to the hot tub & unlock the door for you. Hot tub also closes really earlly at 6:30 pm.

Proximity to town

- They have an automatic coffee machine in the lobby but you have to ask the front office who will do it for you but their hours are limited! - the many instructions! the place lacks flexibility and they keep telling you that it's a timeshare, not a hote

Covid literature and language pertaining to cleaning room, stealing dishes, etc., was brutal. Left a very bad taste!

Location was ideal for our travel needs, and room/suite was spacious and comfortable.

Parking was a bit of a challenge with limited parking out front, and low overhead parking in spaces at the back. The unit also did not have AC & could get a bit warm. Otherwise, it was quite comfortable.

The room was so clean and it had all the Amenities you would look for in a hotel room and more. The kitchenette definitely was useful because we made good use of the microwave and sink.

Hotel was very clean and spacious. Loved the fireplace!! We stayed in room #13 , paid for a king and got a double bed .

The heater was so LOUD, woke us up throughout the night . I eventually had to turn it off completely. The sofa bed was a joke . The coils can be felt through the mattress, very uncomfortable, thank God it was only for 1 night....,

Great price value ratio! Felt like we were in an apartment not a hotel . Staff was awesome and hotel employee ensured we had a great stay and explained all of the features and benifits of the property.

The rooms are beautiful and I like that they have a game room and movie nights with refreshments!

Several times we encountered phone calls to our room that were wrong numbers.

Don't let the location fool you. Enter the room and you will be pleasantly surprised. Nice and spacious room. Excellent backyard view. I now understand why this place has high recommendations from others. 5* rating.

Clean,roomy,nice kitchen and living space conformable bed helpful staff nice  and hottub a very nice place would definitely stay there again!!

Parking was limited could have been so limited because of there was a lot of snow might not be as bad if there was less snow or no snow

The lady who checked us in and helped me on the phone when I called to inquire about this location, hotel employee is awesome! I would recommend this location to my friends based on her alone!

The fact that they didn't want us to back in, I didn't understand that.

Everything. The room and staff were amazing. Very quiet and clean.

The only thing would be that we put the do not disturb sign on our door when we went out and they entered our room anyways to empty the trash.
