Pros +
- Clean, friendly staff, lots of space and kitchen well staffed.

- The building facade and lobby is warm, inviting, and well maintained. The staff behind the desk was friendly.

- Our room was not clean. It smelled stale when we walked in, although our beds were made, the sheets were not clean or changed. There were an unusual amount of different types of black hairs in the bedding and on the pillows. After a call to the front desk about the unclean sheets, the receptionist was friendly and gave us new sheets to change and offered to help me change them. The room definitely hadn't been vacuumed either as there was dirt, debris as well as a burn in the middle of the carpet from a previous guest who clearly dropped an iron and left it there too long. There were crusted boogers on the wall next to the bed. And the bathroom sink or counter had not been cleaned. Very disappointed and utterly grossed out. We woke up at 6am to a little dog barking incessantly in the room next door (we were specifically told at check in, absolutely no smoking or dogs). We were all so uncomfortable and left as soon as we could that morning.
