Everything seemed clean
Location was perfect and there is a wonderful restaurant right across the street. Convince store waking distance. Didn't have to move the car one we got there.

Cons -

While fairly well maintained, the room had a smell. If you like funky, this is the place for you. A unique experience but was not quite the quality indicated when I booked. More like a serviceable dorm room but fine for a one or two night stopover. Clean.
Only thing is don't forget your toiletries. The ones they provide are bad.
