They cancelled my reservation because we had two medical dogs Yorkies flat out returned money

WiFi was pretty much in existent. One staff member was not happy to be there. Her attire was not professional. Vulgar t-shirt.

The cleanliness was good. Location was good. Easy leaving and returning to motel because there was a red light to the main highway. Breakfast was good.

Nothing to complain about.

The character, old school classic feel but very neat and clean, great locale and love the front porch seating

I've been there before so i know what to expect

every time i've been there i ask for i first level room & no problem.They only have two levels & no elevator.Wnen i got there i asaked for the same cause i have a bad hip & said lower level all booked so no fun climbing stairs & don't like breakfast

Loved the location, easy access too our room,very clean. Enjoyed the breakfast and coffee. The employees were very friendly. WiFi was nice too have. We were able too park close by our room.

It was CLEAN, well kept and quiet. The rooms have soft close entry doors and the steps are covered with rubber matting. The parking lot is well lit and the key cards work perfectly. Desk personnel are professional. Breakfast was good. Great for mc's.

The staff was great and the location is close to Harrah¿s casino.

I appreciate laminate flooring and I like it better than carpet, but the noise from the adjoining room Carries under the door. It sounded like the gentleman next door was coughing inside our room. In the morning

Poor location. No place to get a meal near by. We drove 20 miles north and 20 miles south and not a cafe to be had other than the food court of the casino. We finally settled for a Burger King hamburger.

Bed and pillow were very nice. Nice mattress.

I seen a roach. Didn¿t like that too much.

When i arrived the person said i prepaid with a credit card number i don't have that number & said he could swipe another card & he checked again & said sorry he looked at the wrong reservation.When i checked out i asked for a receipt & gave me the wrong

Near everything we wanted to do.

The bed & pillows were like a rock. Could not sleep on such a hard bed..Needs a better selection of juice. Not every one can drink orange juice. How about some apple juice.

Very clean and professional. Very comfortable and clean bed. Very well decorated. Good breakfast. No safety issue that I could see. I can't imagine being dissatisfied with this motel on the whole.

1.Smoke detector was chirping in my original room. Maintenance fixed right away. 2.The Wi-fi would not work. I was reassigned next to the office.Fixed the problem. 3.Early risers come to office and talk loud.Woke me up.Don't take the room next to office

Every thing was clean and all things worked with plenty if 110v outlets.

Has old style window style air conditioner - loud and not centrally located. No proteins at breakfast.

Breakfast was out of box. Only Instant food and no meat available. Went to McDonalds for food.

A reasonably priced hotel ran by people who actually care about their business. Very clean, friendly, well kept and cared for. I was pleasantly surprised and very appreciative they honored my last minute reservation.
