The room looked nice and was clean.

Horrible mattress. The hotel is near a landfill and the stench was simply disgusting.

The location. It is across from a water waste plant. Absolutely worst smell ever.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good. The location is close to many dining and shopping options.

There was a cockroach by the bathroom wall on our first night; bathroom walls have uncleaned splatter marks. A male staff was not pleased when asked if he was replenishing hot water container & gave me the side eye look. Hot water & hot coffee not hot.

The area, the room itself was nice I love that it had a full sitting room w/ not 1 but 2 televisions! WiFi was a plus due to working remotely! Staff was super nice & friendly as they greeted me as they saw me around the property

My pillows were mildewed:( we slept on it before my husband realized it had been dirty .. That was unfair & I never received a new pillow even after showing the manager & asking for clean pillows! She was nice enough to give us fresh towels & rags tho

The hotel was nice, clean, and smelled good as you walked into the hotel. I was satisfied with my experience.

Nothing, everything was great.

There was pet hair all over my room. The hotel never took care of it. I vacuumed the room myself. Requested the manager on 3 occasions and was told she was unavailable but would give me a call. Today is Thursday. I checked out Monday and still no call.

The bed was soooooo comfy and the bathroom was my very vest favorite!

There is an incredible bad smell in the entire hotel area, it smells like sewage. Is not the hotel at all, is the location. On the other hand, they took too many hours to change our sheets. I did the request so early and they arrived at 04:30PM.

Clean spacious room and comfortable bed.

Staff at check-in didn't mention complimentary breakfast or that there wasn't maid service. We didn't know that when we needed trash removed or fresh towels that we needed to put them out in the hallway and didn't need to buy groceries for breakfast.

The room has a step shower which I find very convenient. The staff is friendly and there are many shops near by. Great restaurants too.

I only was in contact with 2 employees and both were amazing. The first was Warren he worked the front desk at night. He was so welcoming and his spirit was so pleasant. Each time we needed anything he went over and beyond for our entire stay.

yes there were problems in the room, shower was falling down, bathroom handle to door was broke, main door had problem with lock and window covering was falling down. i talked to the front desk they wrote it down and thats all

I liked that the hotel was close to my family¿s Thanksgiving function. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The view was nice, I was on the 5th floor.

We didn¿t have trash bags in the trash cans was my only problem. We were too busy to go get them for ourselves and returned to the room too late at night to do anything except sleep.

The only complaint I have is the AC unit was very noisy, sounded like something was wrong with it. It kept me up quite a bit and had to turn it off. Then I was too warm

NO housekeeping for a 5 night stay. They should consider giving you (commensurate with your stay days): 1. More soap and shampoo 2. More facecloths and towels 3. More coffees and cups 4. More garbage bags
