Hampton Inn Ft. Lauderdale-West/Pembroke Pines

The room clean, TV, bathroom.

I don't like the breakfast very much because they use disposable material.

Front desk person was very kind.

We arrived at midnight and had booked a non-smoking room, but the smell in our room was awful. They didn?t have any other rooms available, so at that hour, we had no choice but to be exposed to secondhand smoke with our 2 kids.

Our air conditioning never really cooled down the room even though we talked to the staff. It also had a strong mildew smell but there were no other rooms available.

Quiet location, clean rooms, convenient to restaurants.

Price too expensive for one night.

Great staff and breakfast! Was in a perfect location as well.

The floors in the room weren?t as clean as I expected. I have kids and their bottom of their feet were black from running on the carpet and tile in the hotel room.

The bed was terrible it was extremely squeaky and very uncomfortable.

Please add more dining chairs to breakfast area; not lounge chairs. Breakfast is great! Couple little tweaks: Bananas were out of stock. The presentation could be improved. Little Things to help your rating. Because your hotel is outstanding!!

There was no room service, towel refresh were dirty, did not have enough towels, no pool towels available, location far from Ft Lauderdale beach

Elevator didnt work and there was a bad smell the the room the entire time

My room didnt have a working ac noticed at check in waited a few hours to see if temperature would change and it didnt. Had to request a new room Im 8 months pregnant had to pack up my belongings carry everything down and get the room key and carry eve

It was quiet, clean, close to where I needed to go for business, staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good.
