Literally nothing

Everything.?way too expensive, bed was worn down and lumpy, floor needed to be vacuumed, fridge was all sticky inside, no breakfast being served (note was put in the dining area that morning apologizing for the ?inconvenience?, no one was as the main desk

The people in the room upstairs from us were walking all night long. When I called the main desk to make them aware of the noise, the attendant did not answer the phone.

Walll paper in room bathroom pealing off the walls , free breakfast was only coffee and juice, when you say there is free breakfast dont limit us.

Service staff was very nice and helpfull

The hotel on the website says breakfast is included. There is no breakfast at this hotel. If we would have know this we would not have booked this hotel. Very disappointed about this.

The room was very large

You advised breakfast but they didn¿t have it, the manager said they don¿t do breakfast and that was one reason why we chose it

Clean

Lots of small things. Ice machine broken, clock did not work, refrigerator made strange noises.

The cable did not work on the TV in room. Staff unable to fix it. Also no warm water.Also did not have non feather pillows available.

Cleanliness and location

Advertised breakfast included but was told there was none. No reason given .Price does not reflect what is advertised on the hotel.

Convenient to highways and rooms decent

The staff is horrible . The moment I walked in I say my old schoolmate being yelled at during her check in. I watched as the women employee belittled her and screamed at her. That is not good customer service . I was there to review the hotel for my job.

Nothing a real dump ice machine broken stayed a week never fixed

Noisy all the time herd of elephants above us no tissues in room had to bed for them bed hard as a rock old mattress. Kids running around till late at night. No breakfast yet advertised stay next door holiday inn express much nicer.

Courteous staff

During covid pandemic. UnderStaff so workers over worked.

Room clean everything worked. Breakfast could have had more variety.

Only 1 entrance and my card wouldn't work in my door

Everything went well the first 4 days but the next 3 days were not so good due to the front desk demands.

The front desk demanding credit card authorization, I did not use a credit card, I used a debit card which requires money in the bank.

Location

Dirty carpet No hot water in shower. When shower put on the water did not drain. Noise from other rooms was terrible

The staff was friendly

Yes. The room had a terrible smell to it. The walls were extremely thin to the point where we can hear everything in the next room, and the heat did not work.

Staff was excellent. Check in and check out was a breeze. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful.

Pillows on the bed were a bit flat. Mattress was a bit firmer than I am used to, however I slept just fine.

The location was convenient and easy to find. Hot breakfast in the morning was also appreciated.

SO LOUD. The walls were so thin I could hear my neighbors conversations next door with them talking in a normal voice. AC wasn't working properly-room so hot then SO cold. Shower sketchy. Bed and pillows extremely uncomfortable. Worst sleep of my life.

It was in a convenient area and they were able to accommodate us an hour early.

No mention of a "smoking" room was on our reservation, however that is all we were allowed to get. Absolutely no effort was put into trying to reduce the smoke smell from the entire 3rd floor. It was atrocious.

Price and cleanness.

Beds very uncomfortable.
