Tru Denver South Park Meadows

I liked almost everything about this hotel from the breakfast bar to cleanliness.

My only complaint is the staff and lack of communication skills (using hand gestures to request my ID), not answering questions etc. I don’t know if he spoke English but I didn’t care for that

The area was nice close to a lot of places

Kept telling us they were understaffed. Garbages outside were overfilled, I asked for towels and to have our beds made. Said they couldn’t were understaffed. Lied about the pool. Shower leaked had a bunch of wet towels finally put them in the hallway

At 5:10 pm when I returned for the evening I asked for a couple of fresh towels and the man at the desk said that there were none available! And to check the pool area. No towels there either! There was also a sewer like smell in the hallway.

The manager?s attitude and the bed frame is not safe , easy to bump to the knee and get hurt and they have the nerve to charge WiFi, I have never been charged for WiFi at any other hotel

I loved the lobby, it had billiards table, it had board games, it felt like a wonderful place to just hang out, breakfast was great. Swimming pool is always fun.

Swimming pool was a tad to cold, needed a hot tub.

THE SERVICE, HOTEL, AND LOCATION (IN THAT ORDER) WAS SPECTACULAR. THE FRONT DESK EMPLOYEES ALONG WITH THE MANAGER WERE JUST AWESOME.

EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL. WE WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT.

The hotel location was good. Close to freeway entrance and exit and close to the shopping mall.

I didnt like that there was no dresser or closet to store clothes. We were there for 4 nights and would have been nice to have a place to store stuff and get it out of the way.

The heater stopped working around 11pm and there was a blizzard that night so the room got really cold

Clean, quit; helpful and friendly staff; inviting lobby.

Breakfast could be improved a bit, very uncomfortable king bed (stayed here a few months ago, double queen room, and that bed was so very comfortable - unsure why the quality of this one wasn't as good).

The hotel was very clean (room, lobby, all areas). The mattress was very comfortable, everything was quiet all night. Good variety at breakfast times. I did not make a purchase from it this time, but they had a large well-stocked snack/drink bar.

Dispensers in bathroom (soap, etc) were non-intuitive, difficult to use: large round tubes mounted on wall, required squeezing very hard & with awkward hand position, gave too much or not enough. Not user friendly if you've poor hand strength, dexterity.

Wonderful breakfast and inviting lobby. Very quiet room.

Nice hotel.

The snacks at the front desk were outrageously priced! We got a pint of ice cream for $12 and. Hillshire farms snack for $12! Very unfortunate that we were charged so much for so little!

Good location, excellent check in was just great, very efficient girl there'. Great breakfast

We had a coule issues. The shower did not work at all. Water to tub but would not transfer to the shower at all. Water in the sink barely ran at all Just a trickle. It seemed that now one had ever stayed in that room. .

Location was convenient and had lots of options for dinner. Pool was well maintained.

Front desk staff was dressed less professionally than I would expect and not behind their post any time I was in the lobby including check in.

Breakfast wasn¿t great. Everything was cold and the pancake machine never really worked, the staff didn¿t care to figure it out.

Staff was very friendly & efficient. Rooms were quiet, very clean; beds & pillows were amazingly comfortable. Attention to detail was impressive from the dimmer on the lamp, many electrical outlets/ports, to the high quality hair products/lotion.

Everything was perfect, we had a very enjoyable stay

This is a very nice hotel. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very nice.

The room was a bit cramped. There needs to be a bedside table On both sides of bed. We were directed to our room but housekeeping had to come clear lock before our key would work. The frame of the bed stuck out on the corner causing bruised knees

Hot shower with good shampoo.

Our experience was pretty bad overall between the keys not working multiple times, someone being given keys to our room and seeing all of our stuff, the keys not working AGAIN later in the day, two phone calls from the front desk, knocks on the door...

The customer service was exceptional. From changing rooms to adding people and being so pet friendly. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

No coffee or microwave in room. Cube refrigerator.
