Element by Marriott Denver Park Meadows

The air doesn’t work in the hallways the rooms that I were given were adjoining rooms, which I asked not to be put in. They looked worn. The bathroom was not clean, and the sheets were substandard.

Breakfast options

We have to switch rooms 3 times. First room was blowing only cold air, 2nd room heat wouldn’t come on at all. In the first room the sheets were dirty. The girl working at night seemed to be more interested in her phone rather than answering the work phone

The bathroom was not up to standards. Can tell the bathroom hasn't been deep cleaned in a while, it felt very icky. There was water leaking from the toilet and spider webs in the shower so it definitely hasn't seen a good cleaning.

Housekeeping only had to clean one day. They didn't leave any toilet paper, and the room was in more disarray then how we left it. The cardboard box that looks like it's been sitting there for a year by the pool area needs to be picked up.

Rooms were very clean and awesome! Far exceeded expectations!

I have an electric car and they only had one charging station that was for a Chevy and it was in use all night. That was a big bummer.

(staff person) was absolutely excellent. She was extremely helpful.Courteous and professional.she made our stay much more pleasant and memorable.your breakfast and cleanliness were great too

It hotel was pet friendly and also close by to where I needed to be. That was very beneficial.

The room had a smell to it that wasn¿t very pleasant. I made an additional reservation for one night in the same room as soon as I checked in but the reservation was not on file the day of and I was unable to renter my room. Front desk helped me fix this

The hotel is very clean. The staff are very accommodating. The breakfast is really good. The beds/pillows are soft and comfortable.

Excellent support from hotel staff, above average breakfast offerings and very well-maintained property.

Walls are very thin. Conversations from the adjacent rooms are easily heard.

There are no kitchen utensils, plates, or pots & pans. You'll need to bring your own if you plan to cook in your room

Staff was great. Breakfast and free Happy Hour were great.

Some of the doors were broken at pool entrance and outdoor area.

Shower not cleaned at all, crumbs still in microwave, no garbage liners. Black long hair in a ¿clean¿ folded towel.

Love so much about Element, the amenities, the way the rooms are set up, comfort, the toiletries, beds, breakfast, 24 hr coffee. The staff here has always been great, in particular staff are professional, helpful and always friendly.

Very clean. Great room layout, nice pool area, and really appreciated the guest laundry on site.

I did not care for the room we were assigned, it was a handicap unit and the shower was very slippery. The water also leaked out onto the floor. There wasn¿t a blow dryer, I had to have one brought to me.

Professional staff. Clean! King room was spacious. Definitely would stay here again!

The room was clean and the beds were awesome.

The staff was not attentive. There were lights burned out in our room, we told the staff 20 minutes after check in, 4 days later the lights were still burned out.Upon check out there were 2 clerks visiting behind the desk and we were completely ignored.
