Pros +

  • The hotel was dirty and we did not feel comfortable sleeping in the bed covers
  • it was in a quiet area
  • Very kind staff members the room had a fridge and a microwave it was awesome for a last minute room .

Cons -

  • It was dirty and trash from previous guests
  • Front desk staff are unprofessional and lazy. I had a confirmation and recipt for 2 nights but when I got there the front desk girl Liz told me my reservation only shows 1 night and instead of trying to fix the issue she has a bad additude and tells me to pay another night or leave and told me to call the booking app i used to make the reservations and figure it out. I had to tell her that basic customer service would be for her to do her job and get it figured out since i have my reservation and recipt. This took over an hour to figure out. Then to top it off the manager Angela walks by and asks Liz if everything is ok and Liz tells her no and Angela kept walking. They both were so useless, lazy, stupid and unprofessional. Liz made my check in experience horrible, she doesn't know customer service yet is working in a very customer service based industry and Angela is a bad manager.

Front desk staff are unprofessional and lazy.
