Hampton Inn by Hilton Carefree

Large, clean room, quiet, breakfast looked nice (we didn't have time this trip) fun location, nice pool are with hot tub.

Shower in our room was HORRIBLE! The water barely came out. It was like there was no cold water. I tried to draw a tub for an Epsom salts soak and it would have taken a HALF HOUR to fill! Gave up and took a shower, but water too hot and little!

Location & value for price…not many other options for where we were visiting for desired drive

Staff @ front desk was cold, unfriendly & demanded payment of $50 early check in fee on a $--- room…she’s “following orders” (waited 4 hours) checked in at 4 pm..felt inhospitable for small town in AZ

I am VERY picky when choosing a hotel and this place was greaThis hotel was very clean well decorated the pool area was nicely done with trees ,n plants around it was a serene feeling several choices for breakfast , staff including the maids were nice

No complaints what so ever we plan to come back and stay again

Everything about this hotel was great. Great pool and patio area. Nice bar. Room was very spacious. Loved this place!

New and in condition. Beds were comfortable.

Random loud machinery like noises in evening and early morning. AC / heater were also a bit loud.

CLOSE TO THE MAIN ATTRACTION AT CAREFREE. SORROUNDED BY SHOPPING AREA AND RESTAURANT AND PARK.

BREAKFAST COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER.

Nice property, ample parking, close to restaurants, good staff, tidy breakfast area, good evening lounge happy hour and bartender.

Kids running up and down the halls one evening, audible footsteps from the room above us when they were walking around.

The location and the staff.

The pillow were way too soft.

Great breakfast buffet and the room was very comfortable. Great bed and pillows.

Night clerk was a bit snippy and didn?t find humor in me pretending to tap the counter like a bell to call her out. Oh well, it was late.

I was allowed to check in early, it made my whole trip 100% better. The rooms were really clean and the ac was icy cold. The pool was also lovely and sparkling clean. The perfect temperature too.

The coffee in the breakfast area wasn?t hot. The breakfast needed hash browns.

Staff was young and fun and friendly

Cleanliness, location.

Customer service lacking. Very disappointing and unexpected from a Hilton.

Location, staff, room quality, breakfast

The beds were comfortable. The bedding was very soft and cozy. The free breakfast buffet was very nice. The lobby area was very attractive and comfortable.

In room 206, the view consisted of the back of the sign. The bathroom faucet leaked water all over the counter top. The water pressure from the shower was very weak. There was no safe in the room.

Price, cleanliness, the comfortable mattress

Not much for pressure in the shower, and the water didn¿t get hot, it was lukewarm

Balcony and pool view along with a great breakfast

Great location, nice lobby and dining area, comfortable beds, the pool and grounds felt resort like. Loved it all

Location was great, staff was helpful, towels were fluffy. The breakfast was a real, with fruit, eggs, oatmeal. I was there on a business trip. I would stay here again.

Nothing/

This was a beautiful, new hotel right in the heart of Carefree. Next to the Carefree Gardens, the sundial, and shopping area. Room was clean, pool was heated, breakfast was good.

The only thing that might have made it better is an on-site restaurant.

Clean, quiet, and great location

Wait time for room- but we checked in on a Friday and they were busy.
