- The water pressure in the shower was very low and the bed did not have any supporting structure under the mattress (box spring or platform) so the mattress tagged badly when we laid in it.
- the LONG wait for omelette maid service not good
- Tile on inside of pool seriously needs scrubbed and sanitized. We noticed that people have etched their names and initials in the stuck on grime! I was a bit shocked to see that at such a high caliber hotel.
