The floors need to be sealed with wax, scary areas with sharp edges. Furniture outdated
Low water pressure shower (normal for Playa) and water is dirty and smells. Building has problems with pipes and cleanliness of water.

This hotel location is great for a stay in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. It id about 10 minutes from the ADO local bus transportation hub. ADO has bus service from the Cancun hotel region for about $3.50, and from Cancun airport for $11. Located on 5th Ave.
