- Design, location and cenote within the hotel garden.
- Hotel employee at the front desk was AMAZING, very professional, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Great hotel clean, quiet well located.

- It would have been even better if the hotel's outdoor bar and cafe were operational.
