Location, staff, comfortable bed, property grounds and pool

Great views of St. Paul and surroundings. Appartment was sparkling clean and tastefully decorated. Great breakfest.Above all - the great hospitality of hotel stuff members.It was a memorable experience at St. Paul.

It was perfect - nothing.

Charming and QUIET!! 2 km from busy but beautiful town of St Paul de Vence. Free parking and an adorable “taxi” to go to town (only goes until 8 pm). Avoid crazy parking in town. Very helpful front desk who had great recommendations for touring and for restaurants. Lovely pool and outdoor area. We stayed in room with bed upstairs, which we thoroughly enjoyed — separated sleeping from use of our room.

The staff at the hotel is just incredible. They are very organized, friendly, and helpful.The rooms were very clean. My nieces had a classic room and mentioned it was a little small. I was in the Superior room, and it was very nice and big. Very comfortable. I wish we had booked to be there longer.A bonus is the shuttle car to take you to town.

I like that it was a small property, but maybe some people would want a bigger property?

Excellent property in great location. Great pool area. Wonderful breakfast and lunch options. Great view of the village on the hill from just about anywhere on the property. Includes free parking!

The hotel is located in a quiet area on the main road to Saint Paul de Vence, best accessed by car. The staff was very friendly & attentive and met all our needs. The hotel facilities were great with fantastic views from our room.

Well located, lovely premises, staff extremely friendly & helpful. The breakfast buffet is delicious.

Beautiful, perfect location, with amazing views.

Just one small , slightly annoying thing. For a 4 star hotel you would expect tea and coffee making facilities in your room. As there were none, and i do like to wake up with a coffee in the morning, I had to go to the breakfast room to ask for 2 coffees for myself and my partner. Only to find at the end of the stay we were charged £10 per day for them. Surely a four star hotel has tea and coffee facilities as standard. They managed to put a mini bar in the room though !!

Perfect location, beautiful views, lounge, breakfast, room, quiet, staff all great . Pool in the summer!

Very sweet little Bastide outside of St Paul de Vence. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but cosy and nicely done.

N/A we did not have breakfast as we found it too expensive

There were uneven steps on the path leading to the pool. I my husband and a few other people tripped there. The last tiny step is unexpected and should be marked in some way for safety.

Gorgeous old house setting. Very comfortable, excellent shower, nice toiletries and beautiful views over the valley. Lovely pool area too.Marvelous, flexible free shuttle service in the wonderful vintage 2CV car dropping and collecting us from the old town ??

The breakfast wasn’t great @ €25 per person on top of the per room summer rate! Perhaps the (perfectly fine) continental breakfast could have been included in our room rate.

Very helpful and friendly staff—all of whom had a good sense of humour and were very accommodating. Beautiful location and good to have parking, too. Pool and spa area were relaxing. The vintage car to-and-from the Old Town was a nice touch and fun experience.

Room wasn’t quite up to standard considering the price and name given. No coffee machine and dated interior (especially when compared to the other rooms in the hotel). We were advised to join breakfast and then told on the last day this was a separate charge of €25 pp per day—would have wanted this to be shared on check-in.

Beautiful accommodation, breakfast, terrace view, pool and grounds. Comfortable room. The little French Citroën car ride to the top of the hill was an unexpected bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
