The host, the facilities and the location

Loved Les Bastides - wonderfully comfortable beds and rooms and such a warmth of hospitality from the owners. Joel kindly picked me a lemon from their garden every morning for my hot water and lemon and couldn’t have done more to help us. We loved having the piano and my son and father both played. A very happy stay and couldn’t recommend it more. Great location too - 10mins to St Paul de Vence and Vence.

The most friendly staff that would go beyond there means to help u and facilitate your needs. The pool area was very relaxing and stayed open until a very good time

Not serving lunch or dinner this would be a great option as the location of your not driving is lent great to go and get lunch as there quite far away .

The pool is the jewel here, very nicely presented and clean with plenty of loungers and parasols if needed. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful balcony, and the AC was very welcome. The Location is a little away from the action which was fine as we wanted somewhere relaxing and quiet and had a hire car so we visited Monoco, St Tropez, Cannes which are all very close. Joel the owner/manager is a star and looked after us booking restaurants and offering advice and overall we were very happy with our stay.

A lovely hotel in a quiet location with plenty of secure parking. A good-sized room with a generous veranda. Air-con was good - just as well in this summer’s heat. The owners were an absolute delight, both of whom spoke good English and were extremely helpful with advice and tips, eg when visiting nearby Cap d’Antibes/Port d’Antibes and the old city of St Paul de Vence itself, which was a 10 minute drive up the mountain to reach - well worth it! Stunning location. We had initially thought we could walk there but the proprietors kindly brought us to our senses. Breakfast was good and there did not seem to be any feeling of having to rush away by any time. All very relaxed. Whilst we did not use it, there is a lovely outdoor swimming pool on site.

Great views, good breakfast, clean. It was very calm, I liked it.

If you dont have a car it could be a challange get to places.

Very comfortable rooms with a terrace. Pool area was great and all very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome.

Very friendly staff and comfortable beds. Pool area very nice with pool beds (some noice from traffic though). Very nice patios outside rooms and good AC. Breakfast was good. Outside patio to eat you own food if you liked. Free parking.

The only thing we can think of is that you heard traffic from the pool.

Charming accommodation with very attentive host. Lovely breakfast. Great location: short drive to beach (20 min) and to St. Jean de Vence. Which we had more time to explore. Also close to Nice Airport.

My wife and I were traveling with my elderly mother, who uses a walker. We booked two rooms and requested for one to be wheelchair accessible. Both rooms were clean and well appointed with a ensuite toilet/bathroom, fridge, large comfortable bed, large private terrace with a folding rack for drying laundry. There were no stairs to access barrier-free room, which was very large with a large ensuite. We felt fortunate our rooms were near the reception and breakfast bar and the large outdoor terrace. The terrace near reception has both covered and uncovered tables with nice lighting so we were able to enjoy a few drinks at night. The self-serve breakfast was amazing with breads/pastries, fruit, boiled eggs, cereal, various juices, etc. We didn't use the pool, but we could see it from our rooms. Games and books were available for guest use in the reception area. Joel was very attentive to our needs and he provided great recommendations for places to see and where to go for dinner. We had only one night booked and were expecting to book our next night in another town, but we were so impressed with Les Bastides Saint Paul that we extended our stay.

The hotel was exceptional in all respects, but it would be even better if basic guest laundry facilities were available. We were able to wash a few things in our rooms and the provided racks meant we could dry them on the terrace.

Clean and Comfortable. Good location if traveling by car.

While a good location if traveling by car, may be challenging if using other modes of transport such as Uber or Bolt. WiFi was not great during our visit but useable.

Great place, within a scenic drive from Saint Paul de Vence and close to supermarkets. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Nice big room for a family of 4.

Breakfast was quite expensive for the offering but it didn’t detract from our stay.

Friendly hosts, very quiet and peaceful place, away from the noise and people. Really relaxing.

I would suggest to have refreshments sold at the pool, or snacks. Thats all.

Clean and very friendly! Cute accomodation and good place to reach Nizza or Monaco or other cities around. Sadly we had to go back to Germany due to a family accident. Communication with the hotel was also perfect. 100% recommend!
