Room a good size

The hotel was full of teenagers the noise didn’t stop until after 1 am

Housekeeping not up to

I extended my stay by one day & they forget to update my access card we were locked out for an hour. Called the emergency number to get help . No 24 hours frontdesk

Had no hot water when we arrived. Couldn't shower after a long day at work on the tools.

It’s convenient

After hours service didn’t work out , when the details needed for after hours codes was needed we didn’t get the information till we contacted the day we were coming down. So communication wasn’t there. And zero hot water so no showers. No compensation for that either at $500+ a night to have no hot water and no refund or partial refund is disappointing.

It was nice, clean, with stove, oven, kitchen utensils, washing machine, and dishwasher. The bed was nice, the rooms were all clean. The receptionist Abby was very kind and helpful, attentive, and also Maureen. There was supermarket nearby. The bust station was a few minutes walk.

The glass cover in the shower was insufficient in. preventing splashes.

Spacious family apartment, fully equipped. Friendly staff, safe parking.

We loved EVERYTHING! The service was amazing from even before we arrived. The service desk called me prior to check how we'd like our bedding and ensure that everything would be set up to specifically suit us. And everything definitely was set up as we had requested! The room itself was lovely and even down to the toiletries provided, everything was wonderful!Buffet breakfast was AMAZING as was the restaurant staff :)

There was NOTHING to not like :)

Practical and relatively cheap accommodation.

Asked to pay $200 bond when checking in and parking charges additional to room rate mean the price isn't as competitive as it may first seem.

Didn’t have breakfast as we had a medical test

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like it was convenient right near a shopping centre and the hospital where we had a appointment

All facilities were clean and comefortable. Check in was easy and staff were friendly and helpful

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.... not recommended.

Size of the apartment

Horrible to charge for parking. The mattress is of low quality.

it was good stay in Quest Bella Vista Staff was very helpful and nice. Very delicious food at cafe.

We just missed balcony in our apartment there is no Balcony that’s only thing which disappoints us and it’s not even explained to us.

The staff were amazing, the food was great. nice location and gated parking. Room was huge.

The convenience of the location.

The couch and chairs where uncomfortable. Too upright.

Clean and tidy room well ventilated on the 4th floor the properties well appointed

We were travelling from Melbourne to the Gold Coast and this was halfway we contacted the property before making the booking to ensure we would not have any issues in relation to a car with a trailer attached as we were towing a large set of motorcycles and we were told that parking would not be an issue on site unfortunately when we got there this was not the case we found it difficult to move around the car park and there were no oversized car parking spaces or area that we could go into and found that we had to improperly park to the side of the drive for the evening this thing to work but it's a shame that it wasn't pointed out pointed out when we first booked

Friendly, helpful staff. Room clean, spacious and comfortable. Location easily accessed from motorway.
