The bed the robe slippers the pool looked great but it was raining

The stairs U gotta go up stairs then down then up it's annoying no lifts

Close to metro station and business area the restaurant was nice

The amount of stairs and even though they are big rooms I didn't feel it was great value things are pretty pricey but it's a elegant place

Shower power was very good: water pressure excellent!

Cabinetry a bit tired and no lift meant carrying baggage … but not sufficiently to be an issue.

I wasn't there for long, just overnight, however the room and facilities were excellent. Great size room, bathroom was amazing, The bed super comfy too!

Peppers has a very inviting atmosphere and comfortable beds. All staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble of our requests. The breakfast and dinner were delicious as well. There is also an outdoor area for those who want to eat outside or have a refreshing drink surrounded by beautifully kept gardens.

The property was exceptionally clean, quiet, and truly beautiful. Our room was bright and welcoming, with very comfortable beds that made it easy to relax. The shower had excellent water pressure, which was a lovely bonus.

Unfortunately there were no fly screens on the windows therefore mosquitoes were on the outside of the curtains. I was bitten by these mosquitoes through out the day and night. Thank goodness I had a can of aerogard!

Extremely good value for money. Enjoyed being able to make use of the pool with free towels available for guests. The bed itself was quite comfortable and the staff were an absolute delight.

We woke up one morning with a massive puddle of water having come up from underneath the carpet? That was weird and concerning. The building clearly needed an update.

Breakfast - there was plenty to choose from, although the hot food needed to be kept warmer than it was.The bed was very comfortable with great views.

We found a dirty hand towel beside the bed, just tucked under it near the beside table, but the room was otherwise spotless.

The room was very nicely done and the bed was very comfortable. Great location and lovely restaurant for coffee and a meal.

Very spacious rooms and very clean bathroom. The staff was very friendly and the property is well maintained. Nice pool for relaxing on hot afternoons.

Clean.Fire detectors seem to have been upgraded so you are no longer risking a 10k fine for having a shower (I hope). Staff always faultless.

Food menu has dwindled to almost comical minimalism - definitely no longer a dining destination experience (though what food on offer is fine). Need to improve on entertainment (eg TV & streaming) feeds. Showing its age and possibly lack of staff. Too expensive. Booked a stay several months ago and despite the booking being accepted, was told there was no room available. Never received a refund.

Location was great, the room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The restaurant had a lovely ambience to it with good food. The staff were lovely and helpful.

We only stayed one night and didn't have a chance to use the full facilities, but it ticked the boxes for location and comfort. On our next stay which was 2 nights a week later, we were able to spend more time at the hotel. The restaurant was very nice and the food, in particular the salmon, was very good. Staff were lovely and we would come back again.

Good location, comfy beds great mini bar selection

Needs maintenance and a thorough clean. Our hot tap in our shower was missing the screw to hold the actual tap on. Could've ended in disaster had our children tried to adjust the taps themselves. Carpets need a good vacuum throughout the main areas

The rooms were excellent. Missed having coffee and would have been good if we could have a toaster n a microwave
