Punthill Norwest

The location was perfect for what we needed. It was close to Norwest Convention Center where we went to a concert. It was also close to public transport, restaurants and a mall with a grocery. The room was comfortable and we were provided the twin bed layout we requested. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I wish restaurant on premises was open during our stay. Would have been more convenient, since we arrived late on the first night, and we were a bit tired and hungry after the concert, Luckily we were able to order food delivery.

Spacious 3 bedroom appartment with kitchen and a balcony. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very clean. Walking distance to cafe and restuarants.

There weren't any face washers supplied.

There was no tea making facilities. The coffee machine available was not able to boil water for tea as black tea is required to be boiled at a higher temperature to coffee. I had no way of having any tea which was disappointing.

Staff very friendly. Easy secure undercover parking. Booked a 2 bedroom apartment but got 3 bedrooms, one had an ensuite. Nice kitchen, had all necessary cooking facilities.

The unit was well equiped and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had broken tiles and needed a little TLC and there were baby cockroaches in the kitchen that we had to keep killing. Meant we had to be very vigilant with our food.

Couch was uncomfortable and parking @ $25/night is quite expensive for stand-alone accommodation

Great location close to the Norwest metro stop, and a very short walk to nearby shops and restaurants.

It was spacious and close to where we needed to be. Was also a quiet location.

Didn’t feel or look overly clean. Curtains and furniture were well worn or broken.

Pretty noisy for an early Sunday morning,some sort of machine noise from quite early 6:30 or so.

The accomodation was close to shops and the cafe came in handy on arrival.

The cleaning. There was soap scum all over the bathroom that could’ve been cleaned with a single wipe, the toilet paper wasn’t changed from the previous guests and the bed sheet had brown stains on it. The kitchen was also quite dirty with little bits of food in the sink (like just sitting there), and the amenities (fridge, kettle etc) were all dirty. Obviously wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel but these are just small things that added up quite quickly and made us feel a little gross.

Good size room with a separate tv space. Really liked the balcony and onsite cafe
