    Pros +

    • We stayed for a week for kitesurfing and really enjoyed our stay. The staff is really nice, always ready to help with a smile. The bungalows are simple but clean and with all you need. We slept very well, the bed is good and the camp is quiet. Regarding the food, I saw many complaints in other posts but from my point of view, they always served different options and always provided enough food so no complaints there at all. You are in the desert so be mindful of that..We also met other kiters during the stay so it was a really good experience!
    • The hotel is located on the main road. When arrived to the hotel we were proposed a different room in the backside while we booked a room with seaview. When checked the room, it looked poor and no AC.We decided to book another hotel that was a lot nicer 5min away and when we asked for the cancellation and full refund, the owner refused pretending that the reservation was honored. The staff was friendly though.
    • The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms and common areas were clean. The room was spacious and bed was big (but the mattress was a bit hard)No real complaints other than the food (lacking in variety, and not very copious)Nice location. The pool needs to be cleaned, but this was off season, so maybe not done as no one is expected to go to the pool.Could do with a pool table for no wind days...or extra activities such as spa, yoga etc.. none were available during our stay. The main dining area was clean and quiet but lacked some atmosphere. calm and quiet with friendly staff.

    Cons -

    • I was expecting more proactivity from the camp offering activities to the guests
    • The problem with this camp is that the general management is not good. I mean the people on the top. Those working were really great.Breakfast for not at all at standard for what we paid.We went to another camp for dinner to avoid the spagetti s There was no water in the swimming pool. The electricity suckets were half broken? I had to use a small jam put to be able to charge my mobile. No alcohol was served. I agree expats must adapt to the local culture, but I think that the opposite must also be true.
    • Breakfast is very simple but does the trick.

The staff was really super super super friendly. They really made our stay great. I want to thank them for their super service.

Bungalow with view to the lagune, yummy food, very friendly stuff, perfect place! The kite school Wingfoil is in this camp and a ranch with horses and camels is very close.

    9ThomasPosted on: 8-22-2024

Decent location to kite. I mean you have to cross the street to set up your kite and all, but that’s why it’s a bit cheaper than the places on the other side of the lagoon which sit directly on the water and are much quieter. All in all good value for money as I paid under 800 dirhams for a double room per night, which is almost half compared to the usual suspect hotels on the other side of the lagoon. Very nice personnel. Comfy beds. Quiet.

Breakfast is very simple but does the trick.

2 staff working in restaurants were nice . And house keepers also nice people

The shower very dark you don’t have to space to put things in bathroom light was coming and going we asked hair dryer they said they don’t have the guy in reception was very lazy to get us a ride to the airport the food was a disaster very poor breakfast muffins are dry bread not fresh very hard you need to pay for all your drinks even if it is all inclusive let’s talk about lunch it’s a catastrophic food salade has like toothpaste taste fish very chewy and is a real nightmare

Beautiful location in a quiet area north of Dakhla. Fabulous breakfast and everyone was so helpful and nice.

    7ZoltanPosted on: 2-23-2024

Close to the main road, so easy to approach it from both direction.Bungalows are OK, Food expectable.Plus point for the management as they prepared take away breakfast, when we left early morning.

The price is a little higher than justified, but that's it. At least there was hot water. In general. Furnitures etc. not exactly like on the pictures.

    Nice bungalows, cool locarion.

They forgot the towells, the bar is dry.

    7KálmánPosted on: 2-5-2024

Bungalows have a nice view, but far from sea, doesnt worth the extra money to pay for sea view.

Breakfast was poor even to loval standars, nobody soeaks english. Day say they do, but they dont understand a wird of what you are saying. Parking in front of pkace, you have to carry everything by hand up to the bungalows. 1 sunbed on terrace for a 2 person bungalow. Some doesn’t have any furniture on terrace.

    8MoritzPosted on: 3-23-2025

    Very good

The food is really good, but after a kitesession it‘s not even close to enough.

    7Mohamed A.Posted on: 8-5-2024

The stuff is helpful and very nice.

    Hot waters not always there.

    9MehdiPosted on: 8-4-2024
