Karam City Hotel

My room was big and very bright, with sunshine coming in every morning. The location was convenient in the city, very close to the local market and within walking distance from the bus station and airport. I enjoyed a very generous breakfast each morning.

Great location in the centre of Dakhla, the staff was super helpful and kind, especially Asmae and Amin were always there to help whenever needed. Room was clean and with nice light.

The wifi in the room is not very stable

Very helpful staff. Hotel is spotless and room cleaned every day. Close to lots of places to eat.Great breakfast which costs 5 Euros. Pictures looked just like my room.

Room is quite cool but this is 3* so no AC. Not really a problem. Hotel nearby with air conditioning costs about five times the price.

Lovely bright large room. Comfortable bed. Attractive furnishings. Staff were friendly & smiling even though language was sometimes an issue. The manager is great. We booked a tour through the hotel & the driver unilaterally decided to end the tour early! The manager went out of her way to sort things out & manage our disappointment. Huge thank you. Breakfast (5€) is excellent (Moroccan) but you have to reserve it the night before. The location is moments from the Corniche & 2 minutes from The Octopus fish restaurant.

One of the cleanest hotels I have experienced in Morocco. The room was large and had a very comfortable bed. Good shower. Friendly staff.

I would have loved to be able to park my motorcycle in a garage somewhere, but had to park it in the street.

Very friendly staff. Had airport pick up in the middle of the night and they were very helpfull with everything. Beds are very comfortable!

Very clean and accommodating. We had an extra guest and an additional mattress was arranged for us. The staff is incredibly friendly, smiley, and supportive. The hotel is central, everything you need is a walking distance away. The staff was also happy to give us their recommendations on good restaurants and near by beaches.

It can be a bit noisy outside. But that is because the hotel is in the centre.

After the workers were not at the required level, one of the people received good reception, but after the women working in the reception, the work was not good for them

Lovely rooms but no air conYou get a nice cool breeze when u open the windows but you get with it all the noise from the market downstairs wich goes on till early hours of the morning. Friendly staff. If the noise doesn't bother you then it's the perfect place for you. If you are a light sleeper try to find somewhere quiter.

Noisy

The hotel is very well located, in the center, surrounded by restaurants, cafes and less than a minute from the promenade. The workers are charming, very professional and always eager to help you with whatever you need. The price is super good, since by the good standards of this hotel, I would have expected to pay double. The beds are very comfortable, the cleanliness impeccable and the breakfast very good. It has been a great surprise! When I return to Dakhla, I will return for sure.

A reasonable. standard breakfast. Located right next to the night market and cafes/restaurants. Very modern hotel with excellent lift and quality fittings in good working order.

Parking is on-street out front of hotel, but felt safe.

Great value for money. The room was identical to the pictures provided, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and extremely kind.

On a backstreet, but close to waterfront restaurants/cafes. Had to park motorcycle on street out front, but it felt safe.

The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if Im back in dakhla
