Breakfast was great. The staff was very accommodating to our requests. Very very friendly and helpful. Always smiling. We had a great time. Food at the restaurant was very good and nicely prepared. We could not fault anything about this hotel. Will definitely come back again.

I had a great stay at South Bay Dakhla. Special thanks to Chaimae and Mouhcine for doing an excellent job welcoming us and helping throughout our stay. Their professionalism and kindness really made a difference.The place is very clean and well maintained, the food is good and enjoyable, and the view is absolutely beautiful, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dakhla. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was GREAT. Food, rooms, staff, pool, beach, even on-site activities!

We found the staff here truly helpful and friendly! And we even got to meet the owner, who was so welcoming and seems to truly have a vision about welcoming people to her hotel and to Dakhla. The kindness of the staff really helped us to relax and enjoy our stay. The view from the rooms with the balconies is so lovely as well! The breakfast was lovely- a wide array of fresh made pastries, fresh egg options, great coffee. Also, the staff was so friendly and very proactive in taking care of our needs!

We would definitely recommending trying to book for a room with a balcony. We had initially booked one room with a balcony and one other room- which actually faced the main road. While both rooms were well appointed, we determined right away we would prefer both rooms with balconies, also to be closer to each other. The view from the rooms with the balconies, as well as the calming sound of the waves, was just wonderful.We are so glad they could work with us and allow us to pay a fee to upgrade.

One little thing the wifi coverage is bad, you have to improve it.

I loved that it was small and compact and it was all right there. I had kids and elderly with me that couldn’t walk a lot to go breakfast or car parking so unlike cabane style places, this was all right there. I loved how it was all modern and nice. I liked how it has access to the beach and you can swim. I like the atmosphere of the entire hotel, calm and nice. Staff were all super nice, helpful and professional. The food was very good both in the included breakfast or the paid restaurant. I also liked the location of the hotel. It is not very far like most hotels there but also we didn’t want something in the middle of the city. So this was just perfect and still accessible by the city taxi that the hotel can call for you or you can even just stop outside in the street.

So the beach where you can swim doesn’t belong exactly to the hotel, but to next door property that is under construction. So it is not a well maintained beach and has garbage in it. The hotel itself has a rock barrier between the beach and the hotel sand. You can still go down the rocks and get in the water. But it was easier to just cross to next property and swim. The hotel doesn’t have elevators but the staff were nice to reserve a lower floor rooms for us. It has elevators only in the office/restaurant building. The internet was also very weak in the lower floors. Apparently better in the upper floors. But I think the internet is a main issue in the entire city anyways. The food in the restaurant was good but on the expensive side. So it is cheaper to take a taxi to the city and eat there.

The place has an amazing view! The staff was excellent, especially Lahoucine and Omar who helpen above and beyond with any requests, arranging activities and taxis. Great service.

Too many flies in restaurant. Staff replied "flies are a problem in Dakhla". Regardless, solve the problem in the restaurant.

New, modern, nice staff, good food

In the middle of a building zone, nothing around the Hotel. 3 km out of town.

The staff was super friendly and incredibly helpful, especially the girl that was there during our stay (Bezra? No idea how to spell her name exactly).The room was very clean and the breakfast was great, with lots of choice (buffet). We arrived late in the night at the airport, so it was very convenient that their pick-up driver was already there waiting for us to take us straight away to the hotel.

Only minor issue I can think of, is that you could be awaken because of doors closing in the hallway around your room. But after a great night of sleep in their comfortable beds, it didn't really matter to us.

The place is just great the staff is very obliging and kind. Special thanks to abdo the bartender for the exquisite service

It’s very noisy. My room smelled and was very dusty. The bed was ok

Our flight was delayed by 4hrs meaning we arrived at 4am - but the hotel still had a minibus waiting to take us to the property. Wrong room allocated on arrival, but the gentleman on reception quickly resolved that - even 05:30am. However the replacement room had a patio that was ok but not great. Room was comfortable, wifi a bit sporadic, restaurant has lovely views, the pool area is very good. For the cost, excellent, but I really should mention the staff who are very friendly, efficient and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to return

Duvets would be better with covers on them - but at 5:30am with a room change, I guess the chap was trying to let me sleep as quickly as possible. The road view rooms suffer from either having a poor view or no view at all, but the rooms themselves are excellent.

Some Furniture is to be maintained and will be nice to have a minimum of staff in the small kitchen of the sweets

The staff was nice ? the room was clean and the view was awesome as we expected.

We ordered lunch and we left the dishes in the chambre, we left after it for an event but before leaving we asked them to remove the dishes from the chambre as they confirmed it. When we came back super late we found that they did not remove the dishes and the room was full of flies besides no one was at the reception at that time so our night did not complete well unfortunately....
