Hotel Dakhla Ville

The location as its very closed to the airport and centre.The staff were very welcoming helping and easy-going mainly Salwa who did all her Best to make our stay enjoyable. The excursions were very interesting with the driver.

The staff was friendly,attentive,helpful and wonderful all of them but SALWA was above and beyond our expectations. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family .

Even it's cool weather in Dahkla there is no AC,the GPS location on Google map is wrong.

The Google address was slightly incorrect and led us down the road.After finding reception, our booking was adjusted due to some rooms being unavailable and we were assigned a new room. Ours was fine, however some of our friends were given a room without AC and didn't have an ocean view as described on the booking

Perfect city center location, great hotel, extremely friendly staff, clean and comfortable. The manger Ms. Salwa offered me nice suite room with no additional charge. And she organized the trip for me to see different places outside Dakhla.I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for your hospitality.

The friendly extremely helpful staff.The great location with views over the lagoon.The breakfast provided by a lovely Cafe opposite where you overlook the water...the staff there were exceptional too.

There was nothing not to like

I stayed here for 3 weeks, and it was wonderful! The breakfast was good and the rooms was nice and clean.As a Swedish tourist i had some problem with the language in Dakhla since i only speak english, the hotel staff was amazing and helped me with things such as renting a car. Thanks for everything!!!

Front desk staff was very friendly.

The booking.com site has aircon listed as one of the features. But there was no aircon; room was 81 degrees overnight.

Very nice stay in Dakhla even though it was quiet during Ramadam. The beds were super comfy and the staff were friendly. Really appreciate the staff because there was a confusion with the booking and they let me stay in the nicer room even though I paid for a smaller one online.

The breakfast was average but I understand that during Ramadam the option are limited

No shower curtain so bathroom floods when you wash, and breakfast was nice but simple, would be good to add boiled eggs, doesn’t need to be complicated

Reception - Salwa, Manal, Osman & room care - Najia are all fantastic. Salwa is the best asset of that hotel. She assisted with every request that I & other guests had - best day tour (request Mohammed), hammam/spa/hair, restaurants, shopping.

The hotel is across the road from the sea and the view is a delight. The staff are sweet, the breakfast is lovely, the room was simple but spotless and the laundry service was first rate. The hotel is a lot less expensive than it should be - book now before they read this review and raise their prices!

I liked it all

The reception staff were excellent especially Ottman who was on I present and the cleaning staff who did the fastest room change in living history 2 mins flat still in my pyjamas!!

I was charged for one. Right and then the full 5 nights. So now have a cash refund which is a bit annoying
