Indoor pool

The room smelled musty. The indoor pool area was REALLY hot.

Location to Gardner Webb University was perfect. The staff was outstanding. The breakfast, room, pool, hot tub were exactly as described.

Staff was outstanding. Great location near the campus. Breakfast was good. Hot tub and pool met our expectations.

The close location to Gardner-Web College was our primary concern.

I wish there was an elevator to the 2nd floor. Carrying my bags upstairs wasa bit difficult. Bringing them back downstairs was actually harder because I was afraid I'd let it slip and slide all the way down on its own.

The fact that they have an indoor pool and hot tub. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Liked what they offered for breakfast. Liked the Queen beds and that there was plenty of room to move around.

We thought the pool was heated and it wasn't or the heater wasn't turned on, the water was freezing cold. We thought that the fridge would be a little bigger than it was.

The inside pool was like best as well as the jacuzzi.

This hotel was the worst! It is run down, dirty and not worth $--- a night let alone the hundred dollars per room I spent. The breakfasts were basically nonexistent. I will never stay here again nor would I ever recommend it to anyone.

The price.

Lack of a proper breakfast and morning attendant was not wearing her mask at the front desk.

The hotel was minutes from Gardner Webb University, and visiting a student there was the reason for my trip. It also had an attractive exterior and lobby area.

The breakfast lacked good low carb options and there was no exercise room.

Orange juice machine spit out some kind of black mold which really grossed me out after having drank half of it before I saw it in the bottom of the cup. Coincidentally I've came down with a wicked stomach virus that's lasted 4 days now. GROSS

The beds were very hard. Breakfast was not very impressive.

It was OK, nothing special. Had an odor I was not used to, but tried to ignore.

Stayed over night to be in town bright and early for bridal portraits since I'm from out of the area. Nice clean room, spacious for a standard double queen. Super comfy beds! Good continental breakfast.

This is a two story hotel yet there isn't an elevator. Wasn't an issue for me, but I do find it odd as this isn't an old facility.

The hotel was exactly like we hoped it would be. Clean, nice decor and professional help.

Very Clean Hotel. Hot breakfast, and Clean rooms everyday. Staff was great to deal with. this is a great hotel to stay at. Very pleased!!

Hot tub did not have great jet action. Water luke warm but oveerall still good experience.
