had the morning breakfest

too close to the railroad noise, square pillows on king size bed

It was excellent. Only thing was the perfume smell somewhere. Maybe cleaning supplies used or bedding . It was overwhelming and gave me a headache

Just the cleaning smell. The rest was amazing

I reserved Double Suite got King I ended up on a sofa bed. Pool Hot tub not working. Desk Staff indifferent. Asked for room supplies told they would be at desk. Told would receive discount for room mix up - not received. Would not give me a receipt.

Breakfast included and was very good. I love the waffle maker. Pool was very nice and area was clean.

The room was very clean and they had good breakfast during the weekdays.

The breakfast over the weekend was horrible, they have expired milk, & The man working the breakfast was rude, lazy and looked very unkept, no uniform it seem that he wasn¿t an employee of the hotel. The area where you eat was never vacuumed or cleaned.

Close to our destination in Shawnee, KS, and was clean and comfortable, for the most part.

My concerns were both mechanical/tech issues. 1. We were unable to get more than 1 door key until half way thru our 5 day stay. This was a bit of a inconvenience, with three adults coming and going at different times. 2. The Heat/Air unit in the rm.

The free breakfast and staff was nice.

the room that I was in was next to a enters/exit every time someone opened it the door slammed closes through out the day and night very loud

It is clean and everyone was nice. Breakfast was good and the bed the nicest I have slept in for a while.

The ease of getting to the pool from the indoor waiting area. The long table in the gathering area was plenty long for a larger group of people making it very inviting. The staff - were a delight. The older gal, not so much!!

The grouchy older lady who was basically harassing us guests because we had a small group of kids for a birthday party. She asked if we had permission to have a party there. I said yes I spoke w/hotel employee.She then replied well no one told me.

Good location. Nice large rooms. Good selection at breakfast, free wifi.

Did not inform ahead of time that they were renovating so there was noise from 8a-8p. No minifridge in our room. Smoke detector hanging from ceiling by wires. No offer to discount for inconveniences

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast and friendly staff

Did not like the toilets...too low with too high water level...very inconvenient.

There was blood on the sheets in one of the rooms, and when we told them about it they said we had to come get the clean sheets and remake the bed then bring the dirty sheets to them.

SHOWER WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FOR DISABLED BUT NEEDED SOME UPDATING. THE ONE SHOWER HEAD DEFINETLY NOT THE ORIGINAL AND WAS A REPLACEMENT. IT LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE JUST PLACED A SHOWER HEAD IN WHETHER IT WAS THE RIGHT ONE OR NOT.

Nice room, very good breakfast and the price was reasonable.

Didn't like how close it was to the train tracks.

The room was spacious and had anything we needed. In fact we forgot a hairbrush and shaving cream, but like the sign stated on the bathroom countertop, ask the front desk.... They had it covered. And the breakfast offered a variety that was above the rest

Clean, mostly quiet, nice fitness room, computer access. Very satisfied.

The shower to tub switch for the shower has a broken handle in room 404. very difficult to change from tub to shower spray.

Bed was really comfy and is worth it for the price.

Checking in took very long as there was nobody at the desk, turns out there was only 1 person for the entire hotel, so keep that in mind. Everything else was fine.
