Front desk girls were amazing. Very clean hotel and room. Food within walking distance.

The bed was rock hard so I didn't sleep very well, but that's just a me thing and not their fault.

My room was in a corner so less traffic

Room needed updating. No microwave. The sheets were not changed as I found hair & possibly skin on them . Breakfast was disappointing compared to other Hampton Inns I¿ve stayed at.

Clean hotel, fairly close to everything - several restaurants/bars within short walking distance. Basic breakfast - waffles, eggs, cereal, etc.

Location to our children. Location to freeway.

Elevator too far from desk! I am disabled, not favorable for myself. Booking accessible room only to be told it did not have stool to take bath. I had to go and purchase one they said. And the accessibility to the room from elevator not good.

I was looking for a hotel not far from my home since I didn't have electricity and it was HOT outside. This hotel was close, in my price range, and had power. I enjoyed the air conditioning, TV, and Internet.

Disappointed there was no Whirlpool with the pool. Never found any plastic cups in bathroom or bedroom area. Carpets in hallways need replacing.

Actually had a hot breakfast. Have stayed at other hotels lately that advertised it on their website but actually was not. Had a night light in the bathroom.

Have had better beds at Hampton in the past.

This is nit-picking but the only disappointing thing was the full length curtains that opened to reveal that there was only a small window and 75% was a wall.

Rooms stink like urine. Carpet floors had sticky residue. Service was grouchy and unpleasant. Never again.

The bathroom seemed old & fixed quickly. The shower had hair on the wall when we arrived. I know they are renovating the rooms. I hope the bathrooms are next!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. And the breakfast and fresh coffee was great.

I repeatedly requested a handicapped room, but the hotel doesn't have any. How can that be?
