The room had a funny smell. The water pressure is shower was awful. Before we left the next morning, there was only a trickle of water in the sink and the toilet would not flush due to no water.

Location and breakfast are top notch

the room was exceptionally humid to where the carpet felt wet. Some stains on the walls. Bathroom fixtures were installed upside down so did not function correctly (for instance the TP holder was installed backwards so the TP would fall off the holder)

Location, price and facilities

Mattress had a big dent in the middle of it. Kept falling in it.

The staffs and thee place is so neat, and clean. It is the best place to stay at if you are visiting Kansas City Kansas, or Missouri

Location for the plans we had made.

The furnace was not working and had an annoying flashing light on the control box. One of the elevators was broken. Also the time they started breakfast was to late.

One of two elevators was not working for this really busy weekend.

Convenient except for road construction. Not their fault.

Room seemed dated. Had a strange smell. Shower door was hard to open.

Bad smell in lobby and really pungent odor of mold or mildew in the rooms. We spoke with 5 other guests - same problem. The message on the thermostat said "time to change the filter". Refrigerators in some room had a foul odor. Staff denied any smell.

Breakfast was good and overall the hotel looked nice.

Elevator is broken and they have 4 floors, while we are thankfully capable of walking up 4 flights of stairs it was a definite negative for the hotel

Good location

First assigned room window blinds did not come all the way down the window & curtains were sheer so there was no privacy. Also the tile floor by bathroom was significantly buckled. Asked for new room. Again blinds did not cover entire window.

The room was modern and was exactly as expected

The front desk staff was talking to someone at a table and took a second before they came over to check me in. They were good and nothing was wrong but was off putting for a first impression.

Nice facility. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Driveway to hotel has huge pothole! Shower door stuck open. Ice machine was broken. Pool was out of order. Lamp bulb flickered off and on. HVAC kept cycling from warm air to cold air, so we just shut it off.

Air conditioner unit was above the bed and was blowing on our heads. Morning breakfast not ready at 6:30 as stated. The person to prepare it didn¿t arrive until 6:30. Grounds weren¿t mowed or keep up. Charged a $3 resort fee. What a joke. LOL.

The continental breakfast is awesome and the room had a good channel selection. Also we had a real comfortable bed. The Dove soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion were welcome surprises!

After we checked in we found out the hotel was hit by lightning last month and lost air conditioner for half the hotel. Our room was fine but the lobby and hallways were unbearably hot. Only one elevator worked. Should have been option to change hotels

Our room reeked of mildew. It was an overwhelming odor that could not be covered up. Also, we couldn't adjust the temp in our room. We were there only to sleep, so we didn't even bother to complain, but it wasn't good.

At least we had a room

The hotel did not have a reservation for us. It took 2 hours to check in, they finally just gave us a different room so my daughter ended up sleeping on a couch, the whole reason I picked that hotel is because it had a two . bed room. The check in peopl.

The breakfast was good and the workers their kept it clean and stocked

Our room would not cool down and stayed at a temperature of 78 degrees. We had to call maintenance several times regarding the temperature and the fact that our toilet kept running. It was a long two night where not much sleep was got for our family.
